اتسمت العقود الأخيرة من القرن العشرين وبداية الألفية الثالثة بسرعة التحولات على جميع الأصعدة، والتى فرضت أنماطاً من البنى والعلاقات الدولية والمحلية لم تكن مألوفة من قبل، الأمر الذى يضع البشرية فى حالة من عدم الاستقرار وتوقع التغيير المستمر بمنطق جديد غير مسبوق تجاوز فيه الإنسان عنصرى الزمان والمكان فى مجتمع ما بعد الحداثة. ويتضح موقف ما بعد الحداثة من الهويات القومية فى محاولة طمسها والعمل على تفكيكها، ومن ثم ترك العالم مفتوحاً دون ضوابط يتسم بالفوضى الشاملة، ومن ثم تحقيق الهيمنة من خلال هوية سوقية عالمية. بناء على ما سبق تتحدد مشكلة البحث فى السؤال التالى: كيف يمكن للتربية تأكيد الهوية الثقافية والحفاظ على الخصوصية فى سياق رؤية وتحديات مجتمع ما بعد الحداثة؟ وتسعى الدراسة إلى استجلاء دور التربية فى تأكيد الهوية الثقافية فى سياق مجتمع ما بعد الحداثة، وكيفية تجاوز مخاطره، وسلبياته، ومواجهة تحدياته والإفادة من إيجابياته، وتقديم إستراتيجية مقترحة قد تسهم فى تحقيق ذلك. وتعتمد الدراسة على المنهج الوصفى التحليلى فى تحقيق هدفها. وتدور الدراسة حول أربعة محاور رئيسة: المحور الأول: إطار مفاهيمى وفكرى لفلسفة ما بعد الحداثة. المحور الثانى: رؤى وتحديات ما بعد الحداثة تجاه الثقافة والهوية والتربية. المحور الثالث: التربية ووضع أبعاد الهوية فى الواقع الراهن (اللغة أنموذجا). المحور الرابع: إستراتيجية تربوية مقترحة لتأكيد الهوية والخصوصية الثقافية العربية فى مجتمع ما بعد الحداثة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى وضع إستراتيجية مقترحة حاولت إبراز ضرورة تكاتف المؤسسات التربوية والمجتمعية من أجل تأكيد أبعاد الهوية الثقافية لدى الإنسان العربى فكراً وممارسةً؛ فالهوية والخصوصية الثقافية ضرورة وجودية فى مجتمع ما بعد الحداثة، لاتقتصر على السؤال النظرى والتأصيل الفكرى المجرد، بل تتطلب أيضا العمل والفعل، فالحفاظ على الخصوصية منظومة فكر وإنتاج وتفكيرعلمى يرتبط بالواقع ويسعى لتحسينه والارتقاء به وتُسهم التربية بشكل كبير فى تحقيق وتأكيد هذا الأمر.
Last decades of twentieth century and the beginning of the third millennium were characterized by quickly shifts in all direction. These shifts supposed some patterns of structure and international and domestic relations, which puts human in a state of instability and expects a continuous change in the postmodernism society. It is clear that, the position of postmodernism of national identities is an attempt to erase them and work to dismantle, and then let the world open without control, and then achieve dominance through the identity of the global market. Based on the above research problem defined in the following question: How can educational confirm cultural identity and privacy in the context of the vision and the challenges of postmodern society? The study seeks to elucidate the role of education in affirmation of cultural identity in the context of postmodern society, and how to overcome the risks and disadvantages, to face the challenges and to benefit from its advantages, to provide a proposed strategy may contribute to achieving this. The study is based on the descriptive analytical method to achieve its goal. The study interested in four main themes: Axis I: Conceptual and intellectual framework postmodernism for philosophy. Axis II: Visions and challenges toward the postmodern culture and identity and education. Axis III: Education and identity dimensions in the current reality “language model”. Axis IV: Proposed educational strategy to confirm the identity and cultural specificity in the Arab community postmodern. The study concluded that the development of a proposed strategy attempted to highlight the need educational institutions and community in order to confirm the dimensions of cultural identity among the Arab human. Identity and cultural privacy are necessity in society postmodern, not limited to theoretical question and intellectual rooting abstract, but also require action and reaction. Maintaining the privacy of thought and production system and associated reality and seeks to improve and upgrade its education and contribute significantly to the investigation and confirm it.
