تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على واقع تطبيق برنامج الإشراف التربوى بنظام نور فى الميدان التربوى بوزارة التربية والتعليم فى الجوانب التالية: خطة الزيارات الإشرافية، والأساليب الإشرافية، والتواصل بين المشرف التربوى والمدرسة؛ وأبرز المقترحات لتطوير برنامج الإشراف التربوى فى نظام نور. وقد اختير مجتمع الدراسة من المشرفين التربويين فى إدارة الإشراف التربوى فى إدارة التربية والتعليم بمحافظتى حوطة بنى تميم والحريق، والبالغ عددهم (23) مشرفًا فى الفصل الدراسى الأول للعام الدراسى (1434-1435هـ). واسُتخدم المنهج الوصفى وأداة الاستبانة لجمع البيانات بعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها. وتوصلت الدّراسة إلى النّتائج التّالية بعد معالجة البيانات باستخدام الإحصاء الوصفى: - أنّ المتوسطّ العام لآراء إجابات أفراد الدراسة لواقع تطبيق برنامج الإشراف التربوى فى نظام نور فى مجال خطة الزيارات الإشرافية بلغ (1,97) بدرجة موافقة (متوسطة). - أنّ المتوسطّ العام لآراء إجابات أفراد الدراسة لواقع تطبيق برنامج الإشراف التربوى فى نظام نور فى مجال خطة الأساليب الإشرافية بلغ (1,78) بدرجة موافقة (متوسطة). - أنّ المتوسطّ العام لآراء إجابات أفراد الدراسة لواقع تطبيق برنامج الإشراف التربوى فى نظام نور فى مجال التواصل بين المشرف والمدرسة بلغ (2,04) بدرجة موافقة (متوسطة). - أنّ المتوسطّ العام لإجابات أفراد الدراسة لمقترحات تطوير برنامج الإشراف التربوى فى نظام نور بلغ (2,42) بدرجة موافقة (كبيرة). وفى ضوء تحليل الأدبيّات، ونتائج الدّراسة، تّم التوصّل إلى عدد من التّوصيات والمقترحات كان من أهمها التدريب المستمر على استخدام برنامج الإشراف التربوى فى نظام نور، وتوفير البنية التقنية التحتية الملائمة (من أجهزة واتصال سريع بالإنترنت).
The current study aims at identifying the status of the application of the educational supervision at the system of Noor in the educational field at the ministry of education in the following aspects: the supervisory visits plan, supervisory methods, communication between the educational supervisor and the school; and the the most prominent proposals for the development of educational supervision in the system of Noor. The study population of educational supervisors in the department of educational supervision in the department of education at the provinces of Hotat Bani Tamim and Al Hareek, amounting to (23) supervisors in the first semester of the educational year (1434-1435 AH). The descriptive method and questionnaire tool for collecting data after confirmation of validity and reliability has been used. The study has reached to the following results after processing the data using the descriptive statistics: - The overall average of the views of the answers of the study members for the reality of the application of educational supervision in the system of Noor in the field of supervisory visits plan was (1.97) with the (Medium) degree of approval. - The overall average of the views of the answers of the study members for the reality of the application of educational supervision in the system of Noor in the field of supervisory visits plan was (1.78) with the (Medium) degree of approval. - The overall average of the views of the answers of the study members for the reality of the application of educational supervision in the system of Noor in the field of contact between the supervisor and the school was (2.04) with the (Medium) degree of approval. - The overall average of the answers of the study members for the proposals of developing the educational supervision program in the system of Noor was (2.42) with (very agree) degree. In light of the literature analysis, and the results of the study, we has reached to a number of recommendations and proposals, the most thereof was the ongoing training in the use of educational supervision program in the system of Noor and the provision of appropriate technical infrastructure (of fast computers and an Internet connection).
