هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى ممارسة مديري مكاتب التربية والتعليم بمحافظة الطائف لعمليات الإدارة الاستراتيجية من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين. والتعرف على أثر متغيرات المؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة والموقع الجغرافي لمكتب التربية والتعليم على استجابات المشرفين التربويين بمكاتب التربية والتعليم بمحافظة الطائف حول واقع ممارسة مديري مكاتبهم لعمليات الإدارة الاستراتيجية. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي. وتكونت مجموعة الدراسة من 172 مشرفا من المشرفين التربويين بمكاتب التربية والتعليم بمحافظة الطائف. وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة في إعداد استبيانه. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن ممارسة مديري مكاتب التربية والتعليم بمحافظة الطائف لعمليات الإدارة الاستراتيجية بدرجة عالية وبمتوسط حسابي للعمليات الكلية بلغ 4.07 وهو ضمن المستوى المأمول الذي حددته الدراسة. وأيضا ممارسة مديري مكاتب التربية والتعليم بمحافظة الطائف لعمليات بناء وتصميم الاستراتيجية ككل بدرجة عالية وبمتوسط حسابي 4.06وهو ضمن المستوى المأمول الذي حددته الدراسة. وتراوحت المتوسطات الحسابية لفقرات المحور ككل بين درجتي 3.33 و4.29 وممارسة مديري مكاتب التربية والتعليم لعملية صياغة الرؤية بدرجة عالية وبمتوسط حسابي .4.156 وتراوحت المتوسطات الحسابية لفقرات العملية بين درجتي4.36 و4.01. وأن ممارسة مديري مكاتب التربية والتعليم لعملية صياغة الرسالة بدرجة عالية وبمتوسط حسابي 4.136 وتراوحت المتوسطات الحسابية لفقرات العملية بين درجتي 4.04 و4.23. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تبني وزارة التربية والتعليم بشكل أعمق لتطبيقات المنهج الاستراتيجي في إدارة المؤسسات التربوية بحيث يكون لأسلوب الإدارة الاستراتيجية وجود أكثر فاعلية وتأثيرا ووفق منهج علمي في تطبيق الاستراتيجية على مستويات إدارات التربية والتعليم ومكاتبها.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018


The study aimed to identify the extent of the practice of the educational offices principles in Taif Governorate for the strategic management operations from the educational supervisors' point of view. It also aimed to identify the impact of the variables of the scientific qualification, the years of experience, and the geographical location of the Education Office on the responses of educational supervisors in the education offices in Taif, on the reality of their offices managers practice for the strategic management processes. The study used the descriptive approach. The study group consisted of 172 educational supervisors in the education offices in Taif Governorate. The study tool was represented in the preparation of a questionnaire. The results of the study showed that the practice of the educational offices principles, in Taif governorate for the strategic management operations was at a high level and with an overall mean of total operations reached 4.07, within the desired level, which is specified by the study. Also, the practice of the education offices principles, in Taif governorate for the construction and design of the strategy as a whole with a high degree and an arithmetic mean of 4.06, which is within the desired level identified by the study. The mathematical averages of the axial segments as a whole ranged between 3.33 and 4.29, and the practicing of the educational offices principles of the vision formulating process at a high level and an arithmetic mean of 4.156. The arithmetic averages for the process segments ranged between 4.36 and 4.01, and that the practice of the educational offices principles to the process the of the message formulation by a high degree and an arithmetic mean of 4.136, as well as the mathematical averages of the process segments ranged between 4.04 and 4.23. The study recommended the need of the Ministry of Education to adopt the applications of the strategic approach in the management of educational institutions in a deeper manner, so that the strategic management method has a more effective and influential presence and according to a scientific approach, in the implementation of the strategy at the levels of education departments and their offices..This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
