المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن دور التفكير الناقد في اتخاذ القرار لدى المشرفة التربوية، وقد تم عرض المفاهيم النظرية الخاصة بالتفكير الناقد، والإشراف التربوي، ونتائج الدراسات السابقة، وإلى جانب هذا، تم تصميم مقياس التفكير الناقد في اتخاذ القرار، وحساب خصائصه السيكومترية، وتكونت عينة البحث من (30) مشرفة في منطقة عفيف بالمملكة العربية السعودية،
وانتهت النتائج وفقا للأوزان النسبية لعبارات محاور المقياس إلى أن المشرفة التربوية تضع الفرضيات والحلول المدروسة قبل اتخاذ القرار (الوزن النسبي= 4.8)، وأن تشجيع الخبرة وممارسات عمل المشرفة التربوية على قبول الاختلاف مع الآخرين وإقناعهم باتخاذ القرار (الوزن النسبي= 4.5)، وأن التفكير الناقد يساعد على تغيير بعض التوجهات والتصرفات السلبية لدى المشرفات (الوزن النسبي= 4.5(، كما أوضحت النتائج أن محاور المقياس تم ترتيبها على النحو التالي وفقا للوزن النسبي، التفكير الناقد في اتخاذ القرار لدى المشرفة التربوية (الوزن النسبي= 4.1)، والصعوبات التي تواجه المشرفة التربوية (الوزن النسبي= 3.7)، ونوعه التفكير السائد للمشرفة التربوية (الوزن النسبي= 3.2)، وإلى جانب هذا، أسفرت النتائج عن بعض التوصيات والبحوث المقترحة.

The research aimed to reveal the role of critical thinking in decision-making by the educational supervisor. Theoretical concepts of critical thinking, pedagogical supervision and results of previous studies were presented. Alongside that, a measure of critical thinking was designed in relation to decision making and calculating its psychometric characteristics. The sample of the research consisted of 30 supervisors from the Al-Afif region in Saudi Arabia.
The results, according to the relative weights of the terms of the axes of the measure, concluded that the pedagogical supervisor sets the hypotheses and deliberated solutions before making the decision (relative weight = 4.8). And that encouraging experience and working practices of the educational supervisor to accept differences with others and to convince them to make decisions: (relative weight = 4.5). And that critical thinking helps to change some of the negative attitudes and behaviors of the supervisors (relative weight = 4.5). The results also showed that the axes of the measure were arranged as follows according to the relative weight: Critical thinking in respect to decision-making by the educational supervisor (relative weight = 4.1), the difficulties which the educational supervisor faces (relative weight: 3.7) and the prevalent type of thinking of the educational supervisor (relative weight: 3.2). Alongside this, the results also produced some recommendations and suggested studies (to be undertaken).
