مهنة التعليم من أجل المهن وأعظمها؛ فهي مهنة الأنبياء. وقد حض الإسلام على العلم والعمل. ويكتسب التعليم أهمية خاصة للأدوار الجلية التي يقوم بها المعلم من تعليم وتثقيف، وتوجيه وإرشاد، ونقل خبرات، والمساهمة في تهيئة أفراد قادرين على النهوض بأوطانهم ومجتمعاتهم. \ \ ولا شك أن التقدم الذي بلغه ميدان التربية والتعليم كان له أكبر الأثر في تطور مجالات التربية، وانعكس ذلك على العملية التعليمية، فأصبحت اليوم فناً عظيماً لا يقدر عليه إلا من أحسن إعداده ثقافياً وأكاديمياً ومهنياً. \ \ ومن هنا تظهر أهمية قيام الجامعات بإعداد وتطوير برامج إعداد الراغبين في العمل بمجال التربية والتعليم، حيث أنها أصبحت ضرورة أساسية لتلبية احتياجات المجتمع التنموية، وتماشياً مع متطلبات المجتمع وسوق العمل. \ \ والبحث الحالي سعي إلى تعرف المفاهيم والمعلومات التربوية التي يحتاجها طلاب المنح بالجامعة الإسلامية لتأهلهم للعمل بالوظائف التعليمية المختلفة وصياغة برنامج تدريبي يتناول هذه المفاهيم والمعلومات والمهارات التربوية التي يحتاجها طلاب المنح بالجامعة الإسلامية لتأهلهم للعمل بالوظائف التعليمية بعد عودتهم إلى بلدانهم. \ \ ولتحقيق أهداف البحث اعتمد فريق البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لإعداد قائمة المفاهيم والمهارات التربوية التي يحتاجها طلاب المنح بالجامعة الإسلامية، وإعداد برنامج تدريبي مقترح لإعدادهم للعمل بالوظائف التعليمية المختلفة \ \ وتم اختيار عينة من طلاب المنح الدراسية الملتحقين ببرنامج الإعداد التربوي بكلية الدعوة وأصول الدين بالجامعة الإسلامية خلال العام الدراسي 1435/1436ه، وبلغ عدد أفرادها العينة (310) طالباً، تمثل نسبة 73.81% من مجتمع الدراسة (كليات الجامعة) \ \ وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة الميدانية تم صياغة برنامج تدريبي تكون من (12) وحدة تدريبية وهي مدخل في العلوم التربوية – التعلم وشروطه – خصائص ومطالب النمو – إعداد المعلم والأدوار المهنية له – مهارات التدريس الأساسية – الأهداف التدريسية وصياغتها سلوكياً – طرق التدريس – مهارة استخدام الوسائل التعليمية – الاختبارات التحصيلية – الإدارة المدرسية – إدارة الصف ومشكلاته – مشكلات المعلم المبتدئ. \ ومن توصيات هذه الدراسة أهمية مراجعة برنامج التأهيل التربوي لطلاب المنح بالجامعة الإسلامية في ضوء نتائج الدراسة وخاصة فيما يتعلق بقائمة المفاهيم والمهارات التربوية والتدريسية وأيضاً توفير الإمكانات المادية والمكانية والأدوات اللازمة لتطوير برنامج الـتأهيل التربوي لطلاب المنح بالجامعة الإسلامية. \ \
Teaching profession is one of the greatest profession. It is the profession of the prophets. Islam prompts science and Work. Education acquire its particular importance for clear roles performed by the teacher to teach and educate, guide, instruct, and transfer of experiences. and contribute to the creation of individuals capable of advancement in their homes and communities. \ And there is no doubt that the progress of the field of education has had the biggest impact on evolution education, reflected on the educational process. today has become a great art that cannot be performed only from prepared academically and culturally and professionally. \ And hence the importance of universities to prepare and develop preparation programs for who wish to work in the field of education, where these programs become a necessity Essential to meet the needs of the development community. and in line with the requirements of society and the labor market work. \ This research sought to know the educational concepts and information needed by the students of the Islamic University for their qualifications to work posts and the formulation of various educational training programs dealing with these concepts and information and skills needed by Grant students of the Islamic university for their qualifications to work posts after their return to their home countries. \ To achieve the objectives of the research, the research team adopted a descriptive. analytical report to prepare a list of educational concepts and skills needed by students in the Islamic University. and preparing the proposed training program to prepare them to work in the various educational positions. \ The sample was selected from the scholarship students enrolled in the educational preparation program at the Faculty of Da'wa and Islamic theology in the University during the academic year 1435/1436 e, and the number of members of the sample (310) students, representing 73,81% of the Community population.(faculties of the university) \ In the light of the results of the field study. a training program was formulated, it was consisted of (12) training units. which is the entrance to the Educational Sciences, learning and conditions, the characteristics and demands of growth. preparation of the instructional and professional roles, teaching skills, teaching objectives and formulation behavior, teaching methods, skill use educational methods, overall Tests. school management, department of grade and problems, problems with the instructor Apprentice. \ One of the recommendations of this study is the importance of the reviewing of educational rehabilitation program for grant students at the Islamic University in the light of the results of the study. especially with regard to the list of concepts and education and teaching skills as well as provide physical and spatial possibilities and tools to develop the educational program for the Grant students of the Islamic University \ \
