المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى بيان مستوى تطبيق التخطيط التربوي لدى مديري المدارس بمنطقة الجوف التعليمية من وجهة نظر المعلمين، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي لملاءمته لتحقيق أهدافها، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (349)، معلما ومعلمة، منهم (204) معلما و(145) معلمة موزعين على جميع المدارس في منطقة الجوف التعليمية وقد قامت الباحثة بتوزيع (319) استبانة حيث أخرج منهم (30) مستجيبا اختيروا للعينة الاستطلاعية لحساب الثبات، وتم استرجاع (314) استبانة، وقد تم استبعاد استبانة واحدة منها لعدم صلاحيتها للتحليل، وبذا أصبح عدد أفراد الدراسة المبحوثين (313) مستجيبا ومستجيبة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قامت الباحثة بتطوير استبانة لقياس مستوى تطبيق مديري المدارس في منطقة الجوف التعليمية لمهارات التخطيط التربوي وممارسته وذلك من خلال الرجوع للأدب النظري المتعلق بموضوع الدراسة والدراسات السابقة، وأشارت النتائج إلى أن مستوى تطبيق المديرين لمهارة التخطيط التربوي ومجالاته من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاء بدرجة متوسطة، كما أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق في كل من متغير تطبيق التخطيط التربوي ومجالاته تعزى للنوع الاجتماعي والمؤهل العلمي والخبرة.

The aim of the research is to explain the level of educational planning application among school principals in Al-Jawf educational administrative region, from the point of view of the teachers. The study used the descriptive methodological approach due to its suitability to accomplish its objectives. A study sample of 349 male and female teachers was formed, consisting of 204 male and 145 female teachers, who were spread across all of the schools of the Al-Jawf educational administrative region. The researcher distributed 319 questionnaires from which 30 respondents were selected for the survey sample, for arithmetic consistency. 314 questionnaires were retrieved, and one of them was excluded because it was unfit for analysis, thus the number of study members surveyed became 313 male and female responders. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher developed a questionnaire to measure the level of the application of educational planning skills and its practice, among school principals in the Al-Jawf educational administrative region. This was undertaken through reference to the theoretical literature related to the subject of the study and to previously conducted studies. The results indicated that the level of educational planning skills application in addition its associated areas, by managers, from the point of view of teachers, was average. The results also indicated that there were no differences in respect to both variables of the application of educational planning and associated areas, and that this was due to gender, academic qualification and experience.
