المستخلص: يعد التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني من أهم العمليات التي إهتمت بها الجزائر في إطار إصلاحها للمنظومة التربوية، لإعتباره آلية من الآليات المساهمة في تحسين جودة الخدمات التعليمية، مما يتعين عليه رفع كل التحديات التي أصبحت مفروضة عليه، خاصة مع دخول الجزائر إقتصاد السوق الذي يفرض سياسة توجيه مدرسي ومهني يتماشى و التغيرات المحلية منها والدولية ، وتبرز هذه الدراسة تحديات التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني في إطار إصلاحات المنظومة التربوية الجزائرية.


The provision of school and occupation direction and guidance are considered to be from the most important processes that Algeria has been concerned with as part of its reform of the educational system, viewing it to be one of the mechanisms which contributes to the improvement of the quality of educational services. This makes it necessary for it to overcome all the challenges that have become imposed on it, especially as Algeria enters the market economy, which imposes a policy of school and professional guidance in line with local and international changes. This study highlights the challenges of the provision of school and occupational guidance in the context of the reforms of the Algerian educational system.

L’Algérie considère l’orientation et le conseil scolaire et professionnel comme une priorité majeure dans la réforme du système éducatif étant donné qu’ils sont les mécanismes qui contribuent dans l’amélioration de la qualité des services éducatifs, ce qui requiert de relever tous les défis qui lui sont imposés, notamment avec l’entrée de l’Algérie dans l’économie de marché qui exige une politique d’orientation scolaire et professionnelle allant en adéquation avec les évolutions tant nationales qu’internationales.
La présente étude met en exergue les défis de l’orientation et du conseil scolaire et professionnel dans le cadre de la réforme du système éducatif algérien.
