المستخلص: Dans cet article, on s’intéresse à étudier et d'analyser le phénomène de la mondialisation du crime. Et ce, par l'exploration et l'identification de ses différentes formes, et les menaces qui leur sont associés, puis soulignant les plus importants défis posés, en mettant l’accent sur la criminalité transnationale organisée, le terrorisme international et l'immigration clandestine.

In this article, we are interested in studying and analyzing the phenomenon of the globalization of crime by exploring and identifying its various forms, narrowing down the main threats associated with it, and highlighting the main challenges posed by it. That is with a focus upon transnational organized crime, international terrorism and illegal migration.

نهتم في هذا المقال بدراسة وتحليل ظاهرة عولمة الجريمة، وذلك من خلال استكشاف وتحديد مختلف صورها، وحصر أهم التهديدات المصاحبة لها، ومن ثم إبراز أهم التحديات التي تطرحها. مع التركيز على الجريمـة المنظمـة العابرة للحدود الوطنية، الإرهاب الدولي والهجرة غير الشرعية.
