استهدف البحث تقديم دراسة وصفية تحليلية عن تدريس إدارة المعرفة في أقسام المكتبات والمعلومات في الجامعات العربية. واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لوصف الظاهرة وتحديد أسباب وجودها. وتكونت مجموعة البحث من أقسام المكتبات والمعلومات في الجامعات العربية الحكومية. وتم إعداد استبيان تكون من ثلاثة محاور. الأول الوضع الراهن لتعليم إدارة المعرفة في أقسام المكتبات والمعلومات في الجامعات العربية. والثاني محتويات مقرر إدارة المعرفة في أقسام المكتبات والمعلومات في الجامعات العربية. والثالث المقررات ذات الصلة بمقرر إدارة المعرفة في أقسام المكتبات والمعلومات في الجامعات العربية. وأظهرت نتائج البحث أن أربعة أقسام للمكتبات والمعلومات في الجامعات العربية تقوم بتدريس إدارة المعرفة وبنسبة قدرها 28.6% من إجمالي عدد أقسام المكتبات والمعلومات التي شملها البحث. كما تبين أن المقررات الحالية التي يتم تدريسها في أقسام المكتبات والمعلومات بالجامعات العربية لا تفي باحتياجات تعليم إدارة المعرفة. وخرج البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات منها ضرورة تدريس إدارة المعرفة في جميع أقسام المكتبات والمعلومات بالجامعات العربية. وذلك لما لها من أهمية في الحاضر والمستقبل وتلبية احتياجات سوق العمل الداخلي والخارجي. واستجابة للتطورات العالمية في مجال المكتبات والمعلومات. حيث قامت جامعات كثيرة في مختلف أنحاء العالم بتطوير برامجها وإدخال مقرر دراسي أو أكثر لتعليم إدارة المعرفة في أقسام المكتبات والمعلومات وفى أقسام أخرى.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018



The research aimed to provide an analytical descriptive study about the teaching of knowledge management in the departments of libraries and information in Arab universities. The research used descriptive analytical approach to describe the phenomenon and determine the reasons for its existence. The research group consisted of libraries and information departments in the Arab public universities. A three-axis questionnaire was prepared. The first axis discussed the current status of teaching knowledge management in the departments of libraries and information in Arab universities. The second axis dealt with the contents of the knowledge management curriculum in the libraries and information departments in the Arab universities. The third axis addressed the curricula related to the knowledge management curriculum in the library and information departments in the Arab universities. The results of the research showed that four departments of libraries and information in Arab universities teach knowledge management with 28.6% of the total number of libraries and information departments included in the research. Current curricula taught in the libraries and information departments of Arab universities do not meet the needs of knowledge management education. The research came out with a set of recommendations, including the need to teach knowledge management in all sections of libraries and information in Arab universities because of its importance in the present and future, and to meet the needs of the internal and external labor market and in response to global developments in the field of libraries and information. Many universities around the world have developed their programs and set one or more curricula to teach knowledge management in library and information departments and in other departments..This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
