استهدف البحث تقديم دور عمليات إدارة المعرفة في تحقيق ضمان جودة التعليم والتعلم بالجامعات السعودية. واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتكونت مجموعة البحث من71 عضو من أعضاء هيئة التدريس. ووزعت عليهم الاستبانة التي احتوت على ثلاث أقسام هما خصائص أعضاء هيئة التدريس وعمليات إدارة المعرفة ومعايير ضمان جودة التعليم والتعلم. وأظهرت نتائج البحث إلى وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة 0.05 بين عمليات إدارة المعرفة وعملياتها ومستوى ضمان جودة التعليم والتعلم. وأكد ذلك على أهمية الدور الذي يؤديه إدارة المعرفة بعملياتها المجتمعة بما تقدمه من فوائد متعددة وخدمات متنوعة تسهم في زيادة سرعة انجاز العمليات ورفع مستوى كفاءتها. وأنعكس ذلك على أداء عضو هيئة التدريس والطالب وتحسينه وتعزيز روح التعاون والمشاركة وتقليص الروتين وتسهيل تبادل المعلومات. وأوصى البحث بضرورة تبني استراتيجية لإدارة المعرفة. ووضع عمليات إدارة المعرفة في أولوية الاهتمامات. وتوفير المستلزمات الإدارية والفنية والتكنولوجية والبشرية التي تسهم في تطوير عمليات إدارة المعرفة كافة في أقسام المكتبات والمعلومات بالجامعات السعودية لما تؤديه من دور في ضمان تحقيق جودة التعليم والتعلم. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
The research aimed at presenting the role of knowledge management processes in achieving quality assurance of teaching and learning in the Saudi universities. The research used the descriptive analytical approach. The group of the research consisted of 71 faculty members. The questionnaire was distributed to the faculty members, which contained three sections: the characteristics of the faculty members, knowledge of management processes, and quality assurance standards for teaching and learning. The results of the study showed a statistically significant relationship at 0.05 level, between knowledge management processes and with procedures, and the level of quality assurance of teaching and learning, the fact that stressed the importance of the role played by knowledge management in its combined operations with its multiple benefits and various services that contribute to speeding up the operations and upgrading their efficiency. This was reflected on the performance of the faculty members and the student, improve it, enhance the spirit of cooperation and participation, reduce the routine and facilitate the exchange of information. The research recommended the need to adopt a knowledge management strategy, put knowledge management processes at the forefront of concerns, and ensure the provision of administrative, technical, technological and human resources that contribute to the development of knowledge management processes in all libraries and information departments in the Saudi universities for their role in ensuring the quality of teaching and learning.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
