الغرض من البحث هو وضع أنموذج مقترح للقطاع الخاص لمعالجة مشكلة البطالة للخريجين، حيث أن هذا الأنموذج سيحدد لكل من الحكومة والقطاع الخاص أهم الطرق والمؤشرات التي من خلالها يمكن تقليل أو الحد من هذه المشكلة. وتضمن البحث المنهجية العلمية، متمثلة بمشكلة البحث والأهداف والأهمية وفرضية البحث، وأما الجزء الآخر فقد تناول الإطار النظري والتحليلي، حيث يمكن تحديد مشكلة البحث بعدم وجود أنموذج متكامل لاستيعاب الطاقات الشبابية وخصوصاً خريجي الكليات والمعاهد وتوفير فرص عمل لهم بالقطاع الخاص لتقليل الضغط أو التوجيه على القطاع العام فقط ومن أهداف البحث تحديد مدى توجيه القطاع الخاص من قبل الدولة لتوظيف خريجي الكليات والمعاهد، وتصميم أنموذج مقترح لحل المشكلة أو تقديم مقترحات لكل من القطاع الحكومي والخاص. وقد جاء في الإطار النظري إثبات فرضية البحث وتحقيق أهدافه وإبراز أهميته، باستعمال المراجع والمصادر التي من شأنها أغناء البحث وترصينه، وعلى ضوء ذلك توصلنا إلى جملة من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات نعرض لأهمها، فعلى مستوى الاستنتاجات كان أهمها وجود علاقة ارتباط قوية بين الأنموذج المقترح لحل مشكلة خريجي الكليات وبين تجاوب القطاع الخاص لهذا المقترح، وهي نتيجة إيجابية، وسوف تساهم الدولة والنقابات المختصة مع القطاع الخاص في إنجاح هذا المشروع وإن أي تقصير من أي طرف معين سيعرقل نجاح المشروع. وقد ختم البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات التي يمكن إن نوجهها لكافة المنظمات الصغيرة والكبيرة سواء كانت هادفة للربحية أم منظمات الأعمال، من ضمن هذه التوصيات مساهمة دائرة التقاعد والنقابات المهنية كطرف وبتوجيه الدولة، توحيد سلم الرواتب بين القطاعين العام والخاص، وتحديد ساعات العمل في القطاع الخاص، وشمول العاملين بالقطاع الخاص بتشريعات الضمان الاجتماعي بالتساوي مع العاملين بالقطاع العام.
