تناولت الدراسة الحالية أحد الجوانب الهامة والأساسية في تطوير النظام الصحي في الأردن، ألا وهو تطبيق برنامج الاعتماد في المستشفيات الأردنية. يمكن عد الدراسة دراسة وصفية وتحليلية، وهدفت إلى البحث في أثر تطبيق معايير اعتماد المستشفيات في أداء المستشفيات الحكومية الأردنية ومن وجهة نظر الأطباء والممرضين. جمعت بيانات الدراسة عن طريق الاستبانة، وعولجت إحصائياً بواسطة استخدام الإصدار الخامس عشر من برنامج الحزمة والإحصائية للعلوم والاجتماعية (SPSS.Ver.15). واعتمدت على الإحصاء الوصفي لفحص متغيرات الدراسة، واختبارات تحليل التباين (MONOVA)، واختبارات تحليل الانحدار لتحليل ومعالجة البيانات والمعلومات، وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود أثر لمستويات تطبيق الاعتماد في مستويات أداء المستشفيات. وبينت كذلك بأن هلا يوجد فروق في مستويات تطبيق معايير الاعتماد في المستشفيات تعزى لخصائص العاملين والمستشفيات. قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات تساعد على تطبيق معايير الاعتماد، وتحسين الاداء في المستشفيات الحكومية الاردنية.
The current study deals with one of the important and fundamental aspects in the development of the health system in Jordan, which is the application of Jordanian Accreditation Program. The study is considered as analytical and descriptive study, and aimed to investigate the impact of the application of accreditation standards in hospital performance in Jordanian government hospitals from the perspective of Doctors and Nurses. Data were collected through a questionnaire, and were processed statistically by using (SPSS, Ver, 15). Descriptive statistics were utilized to investigate the study variables, multivariate analysis of variance (MANOV A)and multiple regression analysis were utilized to analysis data and information. The findings revealed that there is a direct positive impact of the levels of the application of accreditation standards on the performance levels of hospitals, and indicated that the characteristics of employees and hospitals had no significant impact on accreditation standards practice, nor on hospital performance. The study concludes with recommendations to the government hospitals in order to improve the experience of the application of accreditation standards, and hospital performance in government hospitals in Jordan. \
