|b Imam Ali was distinguished as a preacher who has a great effect on the receiver via his varied styles. NahjulBalaghah represented the base of the Arabic eloquence and it occupied the second grade after the Holy Qur'an. Imam Ali speech's was distinguished for the non-artificial rhyme which achieved the style music, and when we analyze some of them we find that they belong to the short type which has a few wards (2 - 10) and this is the most difficult one . We also notice that the intervals have sounds that came as harmonizes significance such as (meem, ha'a, and noon) as well as the repetition of rhyme in the same phoneme. In the speeches of Nahjul Balaghah, the styles are varied according to the thought, occasion and the emotional status, the styles and sounds are used to have significance of a high linguistic skillful. There is a relation between (t-e) intonation, tone and syllabus to determine the tune level. If there is no tone for the last syllabus, there will be no intonation. This reveals the emotional status of the speaker and the purpose of text, and the intonation has multi significance function. The division of the intonation level, in this study, came in three levels: - high tone, level tone and low tone according to the internal unit of the speech. The research found a strong relation among the intonation, tone and syllabus to find a strong significance and to select the style and the syllabus according to the emotional statues, when Imam Ali found a wide area to reveal His emotion via the clear phonetic groups which also reveal the emotional path, and that affects the receiver to comprehend the idea and the emotion of the speech smoothly.
