هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن مدي الاختلاف بين اتجاهات أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات المصرية الحكومية الخاضعة للدراسة نحو مستوي جودة الخدمة التعليمية بها، وذلك باختلاف خصائصهم الديموجرافية في النوع والسن ومدة الخدمة بالجامعة. وسعى إلى التحقق من مدي التمايز بين الجامعات المصرية الحكومية الخاضعة للدراسة والجامعة شريك القياس المقارن من حيث مستوي جودة الخدمة التعليمية المقدمة. واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي المقارن. وتكونت مجموعة البحث من 666 عضو من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات المصرية الحكومية وجميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعة الامريكية بالقاهرة. وتمثلت أدوات البحث في استبانة. وأكدت النتائج على وجود اختلافات بين اتجاهات أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات المصرية الحكومية الخاضعة للدراسة نحو مستوي جودة الخدمة التعليمية وذلك باختلاف العمر ومدة الخدمة بالجامعة. وأوصى البحث بتحسين مستوى جودة الخدمة التعليمية المقدمة من الجامعات المصرية الحكومية وخاصة المتعلقة بالجوانب الملموسة مثل المكتبات والمعامل وقاعات المحاضرات، والجوانب الاعتمادية مثل المناهج والكتاب الجامعي، وجانب الاستجابة مثل الرد الفوري على الاستفسارات. وجانب الأمان مثل المحافظة على السرية وخصوصية الطلاب في علاقاتهم مع أساتذتهم في مجال العملية التعليمية، وجانب التعاطف مثل وضع مصلحة الطالب في مقدمة اهتمامات إدارة الكلية. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
The aim of the research is to reveal the extent of the differences between the attitudes of the faculty members in the Egyptian public universities that are subjected to the study towards the level of the quality of the educational service in them, according to their demographic characteristics in gender, age and duration of service at the university. It sought to verify the extent of the differentiation between the Egyptian universities and the government under study, the university is partner of the comparative measurement in terms of the quality of the educational service provided. The research was based on the comparative descriptive approach. The group of the research consisted of 666 members of the teaching staff from the Egyptian public universities and all faculty members of the American University in Cairo. The research tool was in a questionnaire. The results confirmed that there are differences between the attitudes of the faculty members in the Egyptian public universities subjected to the study towards the level of quality of educational service, depending on the age and duration of service at the university. The research recommended improving the quality of the educational service provided by the Egyptian public universities, especially regarding to the concrete aspects such as: libraries, laboratories, lecture halls. The reliability aspects such as: the curricula and the university books. The response side, such as: the immediate response to queries, and the safety aspect such as: maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of students in their relationships with their teachers in the field of the educational process, and sympathy, such as placing the interest of the student in the forefront of the interests of the Faculty Administration.
