This study seeks to identify the impact of the application of total quality and accreditation in public higher education institutions to ensure.. in terms of the ability of these institutions to improve skill and efficiency of its graduates and then their familiarity with the rapid technological developments and updated.. the labor market.. This is reflected course to fulfill the requirements of this market.... impact on reducing unemployment among graduates of these institutions or not.. and through the scheme, the researcher planed it.. includes the necessary perception of the relationship that are proposed to be between Higher education institutions., and the labor market.. and training programs and market experts and analysts early demand labor market.. and paragraphs planned work with each other mechanism feedback.. Between all planned parties.. and that will be displayed in this study in order to control the quality and efficiency of the output.. and then rehabilitation and preparation The rating.. input and ability at the same time to address any defect within that system.. in any phase of it. . The results showed that the application of comprehensive quality assurance and accreditation projects still stalled.. and suffers from many of the financial and academic problems.., led by the unwillingness of some of the faculty at public universities members to abide by the terms and controls the overall quality.. but looking at the futility sometimes and his role in wasted expenditure funded for these projects without a return or feasibility.. and this consequent occurrence of expansion in the supply curve for graduates and a contraction in the demand curve for the labor market and high unemployment rate. Which underlines the importance of a comprehensive quality assurance and accreditation as a global system it has positive and effective system of education Egyptian public universities and the creation of new jobs and extend the system demand curve for the job market.
تسعي هذه الدراسة إلي التعرف علي الأثر الناتج عن تطبيق ضمان الجودة الشاملة والاعتماد في مؤسسات التعليم العالي الحكومية.. من حيث مدي قدرة هذه المؤسسات.. علي تحسين.. مهارة وكفاءة خريجيها.. ومن ثم قدرتهم علي الإلمام بالتطورات التكنولوجية المتسارعة والمستحدثة.. بسوق العمل.. وهو ما ينعكس بطبيعة الحال علي الوفاء بمتطلبات هذا السوق.. وأثر ذلك علي.. خفض معدلات البطالة بين خريجي هذه المؤسسات من عدمه.. وذلك من خلال مخطط قام الباحث بتصميمه إليه.. يتضمن التصور اللازم للعلاقة التي يقترح ان تكون بين مؤسسات التعليم العالي.. وسوق العمل.. وبرامج التدريب وخبراء السوق ومحللي الطلب المبكر بسوق العمل.. وفقرات المخطط تعمل فيما بينها بآلية التغذية المرتدة.. بين كافة أطراف الخطط.. والذي سيتم عرضة بهذه الدراسة وذلك لمراقبة جودة وكفاءة المخرجات.. ومن ثم تأهيل وإعداد وتصنيف.. المدخلات والقدرة في نفس الوقت علي معالجة أي خلل داخل تلك المنظومة.. في أي مرحلة من مراحلها.. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن تطبيق مشروعات ضمان الجودة الشاملة والاعتماد مازال متعثرا.. ويعاني من كثير من المشكلات المالية والأكاديمية.. وعلي رأسها عدم رغبة البعض من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات الحكومية للالتزام بشروط وضوابط الجودة الشاملة.. بل والنظر إلي عدم جدواها أحياناً وهو ما كان له دور في إهدار النفقة الممولة لهذه المشروعات دون عائد أو جدوي.. وهو ما ترتب علية حدوث تمدد في منحني العرض للخريجين وانكماش في منحني الطلب لسوق العمل وارتفاع معدل البطالة. الأمر الذي يؤكد على أهمية الأخذ بنظام الجودة الشاملة الاعتماد كنظام عالمي له مردود إيجابي وفعال علي منظومة التعليم بالجامعات الحكومية المصرية وخلق فرص عمل جديدة وتمدد منحني الطلب لسوق العمل.
