تتحدث هذه الدراسة عن المفاهيم الصوتية التي جاءت منتشرة ومتناثرة من خلال أركان الملكة اللسانية عنده ابن خلدون، لأن ابن خلدون لم يفرد له بابا أو فصلا كما فعل في مكونات اللسان الأخرى، وهذه الورقة تحاول تلمس هند المفاهيم وارتباطها بأبواب مكونات اللسان العربي؛ لإظهار رأيه فيها وآلية إخراجه، والوقوف على مصطلحات ماثلت ما توصل اليه المحدثون، من تغاير وتمايز وتقابل وقرع. وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى نتائج منها أن أبن خلدون حدد الملكة اللسانية بأنها صناعة يمتلكها الإنسان بالممارسة، وأن فساد الملكة يعود بالدرجة الأساسية إلى آلية نطق الحروف وكتابتها، مما يؤدي إلى وجود نطق مغاير للصوت المقصود فيفترض المتكلم وجود حرف آخر، وهو ما خطأه ابن خلدون الذي اعتبر أن مخالطة العجم بأشاكالها كافة هو سبب فساد الملكة والنطق الأمر الذي يؤدي إلى خلل في مخارج الحروف وكيفية نطقها وكتابتها. \
