هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى تصورات أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات التربية حول الشراكة بينها وسبل تطويرها، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف قام الباحث بإتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وإعداد استبانة تم تطبيقها على (42) عضوا من أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية بجامعتي الأزهر والإسلامية، واستخدام الباحث المعالجات الإحصائية: المتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري والوزن النسبي للإجابة على أسئلة الدراسة، وفي ضوء تحليل البيانات توصلت الدراسة للنتائج التالية: • بلغ الوزن النسبي الكلي للفقرات المتعلقة بمفهوم الشراكة بين كليات التربية (82.62%) وهي بدرجة كبيرة، في حين معظم فقرات المجال انحصرت ما بين درجة كبيرة جدا، ودرجة كبيرة. • بلغ الوزن النسبي الكلي لدرجة الموافقة على "ممارسة الشراكة بين كليات التربية" (67.72%) وهي بدرجة متوسطة، وبدراسة أي المجالات الأكثر تأثرا بــ "درجة ممارسة الشراكة بين كليات التربية" على الترتيب هي: مجال التدريس، مجال البحث العلمي، خدمة المجتمع. • بلغ الوزن النسبي الكلي للفقرات المتعلقة بمعوقات الشراكة بين كليات التربية (77.72%) وهو بدرجة كبيرة للمعوق، حيث أظهرت جميع فقرات المجال أن نسب المعوق تزيد عن 70% وهذا يدلل على درجة كبيرة من المعوقات. • حصلت الفقرات المتعلقة بسبل تطوير الشراكة على الوزن النسبي (87.76%)، وبدراسة أي الفقرات أكثر تأثرا فقد تم ترتيب الفقرات تنازليا "انفتاح كليات التربية على البيئة المحيطة، توفر الشفافية والمساءلة والمحاسبة، الانطلاق من التحديات المشتركة للكليات، التخطيط العلمي للشراكة، عقد لقاءات لتحقيق ثقافة دائمة للشراكة، المتابعة وضبط تقدم الشراكة، صياغة معايير واضحة للشراكة". وفي ضوء النتائج يعرض الباحث مجموعة من التوصيات وهي: - وضع خطة وطنية واضحة المعالم والأهداف من قبل التعليم العالي تشارك كليات التربية في صياغتها. - تفويض الإدارة العليا بالجامعات لكليات التربية في التواصل مع كليات التربية بالجامعات الأخرى ومؤسسات المجتمع المحلي ومراكز البحث العلمي وتغليب المصلحة الوطنية. - تدريب الكوادر التربوية بأسس وخطوات بناء الشراكة وصياغة الاتفاقيات وتوضيح المسؤوليات. - إجراء دراسة لحصر احتياجات الشراكة وتوفيرها في دليل واضح للقيام بالتخطيط. - مساهمة التعليم العالي والقطاع الخاص بدعم المشروعات القائمة على الشراكة.
This study aimed at studying the faculties of education staff members perspectives on partnership. The researcher adapted the descriptive analytical method in his study. Forty two staff members and lecturers from Al-Azhar and Islamic Universities - Gaza were subjected two questionnaire. The researcher employed the following statistical data: Standard Deviation, Rational weights and mean. The research has resulted in important results: • According to the research results, the rational weight member who believe in the concept of partnership between faculties of education was the highest at 82.62% while the percentages of other questions varied from very high to medium depending to their topic. • The rational weight member who agree on partnership between faculties of education was medium at 67.80% . The most effective scopes in the possibilities of partnership between faculties of education were: the teaching field, the scientific research, and society service, respectively. • The response to the question related to the obstacles facing existing or possible partnership vary in degree. The total rational weight of obstacles preventing the existence and development of partnership was medium at 77.72%; All the questions discussing this topic scored more than 70.0% which means members agree that there are many obstacles in their way to fruitful partnership. • The total rational weight for possibilities of developing partnership between education faculties was high at 87.76%.. Studying the factors influencing that development showed that the most effective factors were; opening on the surrounding environment, transparency, making comment challenges a starting point for collaboration, planning partnership, arranging for meeting to establish a sled ground for cooperation, following-up and managing the advancement of partnership, drawing clear principals for partnership. In the light of the research' results, the researcher has offered the following suggestions: • The ministry of higher education must offer a clear national plan organized and supervised by the faculties of education in Gaza Strip . • The local Universities administration must coordinate between the faculties of education in Gaza Strip and the different local institutions and research centers. • The educational staff must be trained according to clear cooperation responsibilities and decision-making process. • The ministry of higher education should support the projects which are based on partnership system. • An important study should be conducted concerning partnership needs, good plan performance and active application.
