لقد هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر العلاقة بين مشكلات المواطن وطموحاته في مجال التعليم، وتفسير بعض المعيقات التي قد تواجهه لتحقيق جانب من جوانب التكامل الفكري الذي من شأنه الارتقاء بالمواطن من خص تذليل العقبات التي تواجهه، ليستطيع تحقيق ما يطمح له، وبالتالي يعود بالنفع على المواطن والمجتمع والوطن بشكل عام، وقد قام الباحثون بتحديد مستوى الطموح وما يتعلق بالمشكلات التي تواجه طموحاته كمتغير مستقل، ومستوى التعليم، والجنس كمتغير تابع، وقاموا بتطبيق مقياس الطموح لدى المواطن من إعداد الأستاذ الدكتور/ عبد العاطي الصياد، واختار الباحثون عينة من فلسطين وجمهورية مصر العربية من طلاب جامعة قناة السويس بجمهورية مصر العربية، وطلاب جامعة القدس المفتوحة نهرع غزة التعليمي كدراسة ثقافية، وقد أشارت النتائج بوجود تركيز على عملية الحفظ والتذكر وإهمال الإبداع والابتكار لدى الطلاب بوزن نسبي قدره (59.20 %) مما يشير إلى انخفاض نسبة الطموح لدى الطلاب بكل من جمهورية مصر العربية وقطاع غزة بفلسطين، وكذلك أشارت النتائج إلى سوء معاملة المعلمين للطلاب بوزن نسبي قدره (55.00 % ) وهذا يؤكد وجود دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسط الطموح لدى الطلاب والمشكلات التعليمية .كما بينت الدراسة بعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائية بين الذكور والإناث على مشكلات وطموحات المواطن التعليمية وكذلك المستوى التعليمي (دبلوم عالي، مؤهل متوسط، يقرأ ويكتب على مشكلات المواطن وطموحاته التعليمية لدى عينة الدراسة.
The study aimed to determine the impact of the relationship between the problems and aspirations of the citizens in the field of education and interpretation of some of the obstacles that may face to achieve the aspects of the integration of intellectual, which would improve the citizen through overcoming the obstacles that face so he can achieve what aspires to him, and thus the benefit of the citizen and the community and the nation are year, has researchers determine the level of ambition and related problems faced by his ambitions as an independent variable, level of education, and sex dependent variable, and the application of scale ambition among the citizens of the preparation of Dr. \ Abdelati alsaead, chose researchers sample of Palestine and the Arab Republic of Egypt from University Students Suez Canal, Arab Republic of Egypt, and students of Al Quds Open University - Gaza branch education such as studying cultural, and results indicated the existence of concentration on the process of conservation and to remember and the neglect of creativity and innovation among students relative weight of (59.20%), which refers to the low ambition of the students in both the Republic of Egypt Arab and Gaza Strip, Palestine, as well as the results indicated poor treatment of teachers to students relative weight of (55.00%) and this confirms the existence of statistically significant at the level of (0.05) between the average ambition of students and educational issues. study also demonstrated that there was no statistically significant differences between males and females problems and aspirations of the citizen as well as the educational level of education (diploma high, intermediate, reads and writes on the problems and aspirations of the citizen education in a sample of the study
