المستخلص: The phenomenon of study problems experienced by students at different levels of education and their negative repercussions on their personality, achievement, vitality, and development has attracted many researchers around the world. It is demonstrated by the volume of studies issued by them and was on the top, which dealt with the subject of study problems by research and study as a result of the many developments that accompany this age, and the successive goals day after day and moment after moment, as we are accelerating with the pace of time, and a rise in the level of ambition and cultural change. (1)
Search Problem: The research problem was defined as:
1. What are the study problems experienced by students of the Faculty of Arts at Misratah University?
2. Does the faculty of Arts students' awareness of study problems differ according to gender?
3. Does the College of Arts students' awareness of study problems vary according to the specialty?
Importance of research:
1. It can be useful in providing some recommendations and suggestions to the college management in order to contribute to the success and development of the educational process.
2. It can help students pursue their undergraduate studies.
3. The results of this research can help reduce university student problems that may prevent them from continuing their university education or may deprive them of this opportunity.
4. It can be useful to identify the problems according to their importance with a view to suggesting ways to address these problems, which have a negative impact on academic achievement.
Search Objectives:
1. Identify the most acute problems facing the university student at the Faculty of Arts Misratah.
2. Identify the impact of gender on the perception of school problems.
3. Determine the impact of the type of specialization in the perception of study problems.
Limitation of research:
- Human Limitation: The current research was conducted on a sample of students from the Faculty of Arts in all disciplines.
- Spatial Limitation: The current research was conducted at the Faculty of Arts, Misratah University.
Limitation of search search search limits:

Research tool: The scale (Bassam Nabat and Kamel Kutlu) applied to the Palestinian environment was adopted for the academic year (2006). The measure was verified by presenting it to a group of experienced and competent arbitrators. The researchers used the following statistical means: Weight Percentage and weighted average.
The findings of the research resulted in the following:
The number of completed paragraphs is (40), while the number of unverified paragraphs is (12), and examines the content of the (40) verified phrases. It is clear that the phrase (2, 3, 4, 5, 8) belongs to the field of competencies and study skills, while the phrase (9, 10, 11, 15, 18, 19, 22, 23, 24) belongs to the field for Academic Compatibility, and the phrase (26, 27, 28) belongs to the field of Academic Guidance. The phrase number (29, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39) belongs to the field of relationship with faculty members and for the phrase (40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47), which belongs to the field of arranging and organizing the content of the curriculum, and the phrase No. (48, 49, 50, 51, 52) It belongs to the field of exams, which means that there are study problems experienced by college students.

استقطبت ظاهرة المشكلات الدراسية التي يعاني منها الطلبة في المراحل التعليمية المختلفة وما تتركه من انعكاسات سلبية على شخصيتهم وتحصيلهم الدراسي، وحيويتهم، وتطورهم العديد من الباحثين في مختلف أنحاء العالم. وهذا ما يدلل عليه حجم الدراسات التي صدرت وتصدر عنهم، والتي تناولت موضوع المشكلات الدراسية بالبحث والدراسة وذلك نتيجة للتطورات الكثيرة التي تواكب هذا العصر، والأهداف المتوالية يوما بعد يوم ولحظة بعد أخرى، حيث إننا في تسارع مع وتيرة الزمن، وارتفاع في مستوى الطموح والتغير الثقافي (1)
مشكلة البحث: تحددت مشكلة البحث كالاتي:
1. ما المشكلات الدراسية التي يعاني منها طلبة كلية الآداب جامعة مصراته؟
2. هل يختلف إدراك طلبة كلية الآداب للمشكلات الدراسية باختلاف نوع الجنس؟
3. هل يختلف إدراك طلبة كلية الآداب للمشكلات الدراسية باختلاف التخصص؟
أهمية البحث:
1. يمكن أن يفيد في تقديم بعض التوصيات والمقترحات لإدارة الكلية من أجل المساهمة في نجاح العملية التعليمية وتطويرها.
2. يمكن أن تساعد الطلبة على متابعة دراستهم الجامعية.
3. يمكن أن تفيد نتائج هذا البحث في الحد من المشكلات الطالب الجامعي التي قد تحول دون مواصلة تعليمهم الجامعي أو قد تحرمهم من هذه الفرصة.
4. يمكن أن يفيد في معرفة المشكلات وفقا لأهميتها بهدف اقتراح السبل الكفيلة لمعالجة هذه المشكلات، والتي تنعكس سلبا على التحصيل الدراسي.
أهداف البحث:
1. التعرف على المشكلات الأكثر حدة التي تواجه الطالب الجامعي بكلية الآداب مصراته.
2. تحديد تأثير نوع الجنس في إدراك المشكلات الدراسية.
3. تحديد تأثير نوع التخصص في إدراك المشكلات الدراسية.


حدود البحث Limitation of research:
- الحدود البشرية: تم إجراء البحث الحالي على عينة من طلبة كلية الآداب بجميع التخصصات.
- الحدود المكانية: تم إجراء البحث الحالي بكلية الآداب جامعة مصراته.
- الحدود الرمانية: تم إجراء البحث الحالي خريف 2013 / 2014م.
- منهج البحث: استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي لملاءمته لطبيعة البحث الحالي.
- مجتمع البحث: تكون مجتمع البحث الحالي من جميع طلاب كلية الآداب بمدينة مصراته والبالغ عددهم (2600) طالب وطالبة.
- عينة البحث: تكونت عينة البحث من (80) طالب وطالبة تم اختيارهم بصورة عشوائية من مجتمع البحث.
أداة البحث: تم اعتماد مقياس (بسام نبات وكامل كتلو) المطبق على البيئة الفلسطينية للعام الجامعي (2006) م، وقد تم التحقق من صدق المقياس بعرضها على مجموعة من المحكمين من ذوي الخبرة والاختصاص، واستخدم الباحثان الوسائل الإحصائية التالية: الوزن المئوي والوسط المرجح.
وقد أسفرت نتائج البحث عن الاتي:
أن عدد الفقرات المتحققة (40) فقرة، أما عدد الفقرات الغير متحققة بلغ عددها (12) فقرة، ويفحص محتوى العبارات (40) المتحققة يتضح أن العبارة رقم (2، 3، 4، 5، 8) تنتمي للمجال الخاص بالكفايات والمهارات الدراسية، أما العبارة رقم (9، 10، 11، 15، 18، 19، 22، 23، 24) تنتمي للمجال الخاص بالتوافق الأكاديمي ، أما العبارة رقم (26، 27، 28) تنتمي للمجال الخاص بالإرشاد الأكاديمي أما العبارة رقم ( 29، 31، 32، 33، 34، 35، 36، 37، 38، 39) وتنتمي للمجال الخاص بالعلاقة مع أعضاء هيئة التدريس وبالنسبة للعبارة رقم (40، 41، 42، 43، 44، 45، 46، 47) والذي ينتمي إلى المجال الخاص بترتيب وتنظيم محتوى المقررات الدراسية، أما العبارة رقم (48، 49، 50، 51، 52) تنتمي للمجال الخاص بالامتحانات، مما يعني أن هناك مشكلات دراسية يعاني منها طلبة الكلية.
