يهدف هذا البحث إلى بناء استراتيجية مقترحة لتطوير البيئة التعليمية والتدريبية لناشئ رياضة الجودو للمرحلة العمرية (9-11 سنة)، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي لملاءمته لهدف البحث، ومثل مجتمع البحث مدربي رياضة الجودو المقيدون بسجلات الاتحاد المصري للجودو والإيكيدو والسومو والبالغ عددهم (150) مدرب حتى الموسم الرياضي 2012 / 2013م، حيث تم اختيار عينة البحث الأساسية بالطريقة العشوائية من السادة المدربين وبلغ عددهم (78) مدرب بنسبة (52%) من إجمالي مجتمع البحث , كما تم استخدام وسائل وأدوات جمع البيانات التى تعمل على تحقيق هدف البحث، كما تم بناء محاور وعبارات استمارة استبيان التحليل الاستراتيجي ((S.W.O.T للبيئة التعليمية والتدريبية في رياضة الجودو للمرحلة العمرية (9-11 سنة) والتى اشتملت على (10) محاور بعدد (93) عبارة، وبعد إجراء المقابلات الشخصية مع السادة الخبراء في مجال المناهج وطرق تدريس التربية الرياضية ومجال رياضة الجودو، وبعد التأكد من المعاملات العلمية (الصدق – الثبات) قام الباحث بتطبيق استمارة الاستبيان قيد البحث على عينة البحث الأساسية، ثم تم معالجة البيانات إحصائياً، وكان من أهم الاستنتاجات التى تم التوصل إليها، نقاط القوة والضعف لمحاور الرؤية والرسالة والبيئة الداخلية، كما تم التوصل إلى نقاط الفرص والتهديدات لمحاور البيئة الخارجية، وأوصى الباحث بضرورة وجود خطة منبثقة من الخطة الاستراتيجية المقترحة لتطوير البيئة التعليمية والتدريبية لناشئ رياضة الجودو، وكذلك ضرورة التطوير المستمر لمصادر التمويل الخاصة بالبيئة التعليمية والتدريبية لناشئ رياضة الجودو قيد البحث، وعرض البرامج التنفيذية للأهداف الاستراتيجية المقترحة على كل من المجلس القومي للرياضة، والاتحاد المصري للجودو والسومو والإيكيدو، والمناطق والأندية ومراكز الشباب التابعة للاتحاد المصري للجودو والسومو والإيكيدو
This research aims to develop a proposed strategy for the development of the educational environment forJudo Sport Youngsters to the age of (9-11 years old), the researcher used the descriptive methods a scan way for its suitability for the goal of research, judo coaches took part in the research community who are enrolled in records of the Egyptian Federation of Judo, Aikido and sumo and their numbers are (150) coaches until the sport season 2012/2013 , where the basic sample from the coaches was selected randomly and they are (78) with (52%) of the total research community, the methods and data collection tools were used to achieve the goal of research. the themes and phrases of the questionnaire of the Strategic Analysis was created(S.W.O.T)for the educational environment in the sport of Judo for the age of (9-11 years old), which included 10 main points with 93 phrases, after interviewing with the experts in the field of curricula and methods of teaching in the physical education and in the field of judo, and after confirmation of scientific transactions (reliability - Stability), the researcher applying the questionnaire on the basic sample, and process the data statistically, and from the most important conclusions that have been reached, the strengths and weaknesses of the axes, the Vision, and internal environment, the points of opportunities and threats of the external environment. The researcher recommended the application of the proposed strategy for the development of the educational environment for judo junior in the Arab Republic of Egypt, which included the vision, mission and strategic objectives and specify the executive strategic objectives goals of the proposed strategy for each of the National Council for Sport, The Egyptian Federation of Judo ,Sumo, Aikido, clubs and youth centers of the Egyptian Federation of Judo and Sumo, Aikido.
