تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الأنشطة الطلابية الممارسة بالأندية الخاصة بجامعة اليرموك في صقل شخصية منتسبيها من الطلاب وتم التوصل إلى هذا الهدف من خلال التعرف على واقع مشاركة الطلاب بهذه الأنشطة وإقبالهم عليها وأهميتها من وجهة نظرهم، والتعرف على المعوقات التي تحول دون مشاركة الطلاب المنتسبين للأنشطة الطلابية، واختيرت عينة الدراسة من الطلاب المنتسبين فعليا إلى بعض الأندية الطلابية بالجامعة، حيث طبقت عليهم استبانة صممت لهذا الغرض، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الأنشطة الطلابية بالأندية تمارس من وجهة نظر الطلاب بدرجة متوسطة، كما توصلت إلى أن الإدارة المسؤولة عن الأنشطة بعمادة شئون الطلاب لا تنظر لاقتراحات الطلاب المنتسبين بشأن البرامج الممارسة بالأندية، كما أن أبرز الأسس التي تراعى عند اختيار الأنشطة الطلابية من وجهة نظر الطلاب أن يتناسب النشاط مع طبيعة المجتمع الأردني، وبناء على نتائج الدراسة قامت الباحثة بوضع تصور مقترح من وجهة نظر طريقة خدمة الجماعة لتفعيل الأنشطة الطلابية، ويركز التصور على شقين أحدهما يرتبط بدور عمادة شئون الطلاب والآخر يرتبط بأدوار المشرفين على الأندية الطلابية.
The study aims to identify the role of student activities practice clubs for Yarmouk University in the refinement of personal affiliates of the students was reached this goal by recognizing the reality of the students' participation in such activities and motivation them and their importance from the point of view, and to identify the obstacles that prevent the participation of students affiliated with the activities Student, The study sample was selected from the students actually associate to some clubs student at the university, where they applied a questionnaire designed for this purpose, The study found that exercise clubs student activities from the viewpoint of students moderately, It also concluded that the department responsible for the activities Deanship of Student Affairs does not consider suggestions students associate on programs practice clubs, and the most prominent foundations that take into account when choosing student activities from the viewpoint of students to suit the activity with the nature of the Jordanian society, based on the results of the study, the researcher develop dimagine a proposal from the standpoint of the way the group to activate the service of student activities, and visualization focuses on two parts, one associated with the role of Dean of student Affairs and the other associated roles supervisors of student clubs.
