|b This study aims at exploring the range of the practice of education supervisors of their roles in Islamic Center Society schools from the viewpoint of the teachers, both male and female. In order to carry out the aims of the study, the researcher tried to develop a questionnaire to collect data for this task The case study was the studied community that consists of (214) teachers. This study reached at a number of results, among the important ones is the result that there was no statistical significant differences to be attributed to variables of study The researcher recommended that the modern practices should be taken into consideration in the process of supervision . the professional abilities of supervisors should be carried out through special training courses and programs and to follow the most modern technicalities in schools like T. V.set and projectors and other kind of apparatus.

|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى ممارسة المشرفين التربويين لأدوارهم في مدارس جمعية المركز الإسلامي في الأردن من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمعلمات فيها. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة فقد قام الباحث بتطوير استبانة لجمع البيانات، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من (214) معلماً ومعلمة، وكانت عينة الدراسة هي نفسها مجتمع الدراسة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة، وأوصى الباحث بضرورة الأخذ بالممارسات الحديثة في تطوير العملية الإشرافية، والعمل على تنمية المشرفين مهنياً بعمل برامج ودورات تدريبية لهم، وتوفير التقنيات الحديثة في المدارس مثل:أجهزة التلفاز وجهاز العرض وغيره.
