المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى إعداد قائمة بالمهارات المتطلبة لإنتاج الوسائط المتعددة المراد تنميتها لدى معلمات الروضة. وتحديد المهارات الضروري لتنميتها لإنتاج عروض الوسائط المتعددة من وجهة نظر معلمات الروضة. والكشف عن فاعلية الويب كويست على مستوى المعرفة العلمية والمهارة العملية لإنتاج عروض الوسائط المتعددة. وإلقاء الضوء على أهمية استخدام الويب كويست وتوظيفها في البرامج التدريبية. واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي وشبه التجريبي. وتكونت مجموعة البحث من عينة مقصودة من معلمات الروضة بإدارة غرب طنطا التعليمية حيث بلغ عددهن 30 معلمة. وتمثلت أدوات البحث في اختبار معرفي لمهارات إنتاج عروض الوسائط المتعدة وبطاقة ملاحظة. وبطاقة تقييم الإنتاج العملي. وأشارت نتائج البحث إلى فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي لموقع الكويست فيما يختص بتنمية التحصيل. وذلك لتوفيره التغذية الراجعة التي توضح للمعلمات أخطائهن ومراجعتها. وأيضا سهولة تطبيقه وإمكانية التعمق وفهم الموضوعات بطريقة أوسع والاطلاع على أحدث المعلومات. وإتاحة الفرصة للمعلمات للممارسة الفعلية للمهارات من خلال التدريب والتطبيق العملي. وأظهرت وجود ارتباط دال وموجب بين التحصيل والمهارة وبين التحصيل والمنتج وعدم وجود ارتباط دال بين المهارة والمنتج. وأوصى البحث بضرورة الاهتمام بإعداد البرامج التدريبية القائمة على أسلوب التعلم الذاتي. وتدريب معلمات الروضة على المستحدثات التكنولوجيا. وتنظيم دورات تدريبية وورش عمل لمدربي ومعلمات الروضة تحت إشراف مدربين مؤهلين وتدريبهم على إعداد واستخدام وتوظيف أسلوب الويب كويست.

The aim of the research is to prepare a list of the skills required for the production of multimedia to be developed by kindergarten teachers, and identify the skills necessary for its development to produce multimedia presentations from kindergarten teacher's point of view. Moreover, the discovery of the effectiveness of WebQuest on the level of scientific knowledge and practical skill of producing multimedia presentations, and highlight the importance of using WebQuest and its use in training programs. In addition , the research was based on descriptive and semi-experimental approaches, and its group consisted of a sample that the purpose of kindergarten teachers at West Tanta Educational Administration, whose number is 30 teachers. The research tools were a cognitive test of the production skills of multimedia presentations , a note card, and practical production evaluation card. As such, the results of the research indicated the effectiveness of the training program for the Quist site in terms of collection development. In order to provide Corrective feedback that will explain to the teachers their mistakes and references. As well as its ease of application, the possibility of depth , understanding of the topics in a broader way , cognizance on the latest information, and to allow teachers to practice skills effectively through training and practical application. Furthermore, there was a significant linked between achievement and skill, or between achievement and product, and the lack of correlation between skill and product. Finally, the research recommended the necessity of attention should be given to the preparation of training programs that based on the self-learning method training kindergarten teachers on the technology innovation, the organization of training courses and workshops for kindergarten teachers under the supervision of qualified trainers and training them to prepare, use and employ the Web Quest method.
