هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن استخدام الإدارة الإلكترونية في تحسين مؤشرات الأداء الجامعي. من خلال التعرف على مفهوم الإدارة الإلكترونية وأهميتها في مؤسسات التعليم الجامعي. ومفهوم وأهمية مؤشرات الأداء الجامعي. وإمكانات الإدارة الإلكترونية لتحسين مؤشرات الأداء الجامعي. وآليات تفعيل الإدارة الإلكترونية لتحسين مؤشرات الأداء الجامعي. واعتمد البحث على استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وأشارت نتائج البحث إلى أهمية الإدارة الإلكترونية في تحسين مؤشرات الأداء الجامعي. وذلك لقيامها بإنجاز مؤشرات الأداء الجامعي لجميع مكونات منظومة التعليم الجامعي مدخلات وعمليات ومخرجات. وإمكاناتها في تقديم مؤشرات تتصف بالدقة والسرعة تستخدم في تخطيط التعليم الجامعي وتحسين جودته. وتوفير معلومات عنه ومراقبة أدائه. وتحفيز المنافسة بينه وبين مؤسسات التعليم الجامعي الأخرى. وقياس كفاءة أدائه. وإمكاناتها في إعداد مؤشرات للبحث العلمي للجامعات سواء على مستوي الجامعات المحلية أو العالمية. وإمكاناتها في إعداد مؤشرات وظيفية أو مؤشرات خاصة بالموارد البشرية من خلال البرامج التطبيقية التي تستخدمها في إدارة كافة وحداتها الإدارية. وأوصى البحث بضرورة وضع خطة واضحة للاستفادة من إمكانات الإدارة الإلكترونية في مؤسسات التعليم الجامعي لتحسين مؤشرات التعليم الجامعي. وإنشاء وحدة إدارية على مستوى الجامعة تتولى إدارة تطوير وتوظيف إمكانات الإدارة الإلكترونية لإنجاز مؤشرات الأداء لتطوير الأداء الجامعي. وتوفير الكفاءات البشرية المؤهلة والمدربة على استخدام كافة مكونات الإدارة الإلكترونية في العمل الجامعي والقادرة على توظيف البيانات وإعداد مؤشرات الأداء منها.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018


The objective of the research is to reveal the use of the electronic management in improving the university performance indicators through the introduction of the concept of the electronic management, its importance in the institutions of the university education, the concept and importance of the university performance indicators, the potential of the e-governance to improve the university performance indicators and the mechanisms of activating the electronic management to improve the university performance indicators. The research was based on the use of the descriptive analytical methodology. The results of the research indicated the importance of the electronic management in improving the university performance indicators for the achievement of the university performance indicators for all components of the university education system inputs, processes and outputs and its ability to provide accurate and fast indicators used in planning and improving the quality of the university education, as well as providing information about it and monitoring its performance, stimulate the competition between it and other institutions of the university education and measuring the efficiency of its performance and its potential in the preparation of indicators for the scientific research of the universities both at the level of the local or global universities, as well as its potential to develop functional indicators or human resources indicators through the application programs which have been used to manage all its administrative units. The research recommended the need to develop a clear plan to take advantage of the possibilities of the electronic management in the institutions of university education to improve indicators of the university education and the establishment of an administrative unit at the university level to manage the development and the use of the electronic management capabilities to achieve performance indicators for the development of university performance and provide the qualified human resources trained to use all components of the electronic management in the university work and able to employ the data and prepare the performance indicators of it.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
