المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة المقارنة الى تضمين الطلاب في عمليات ضمان الجودة بمؤسسات التعليم الجامعي في كل من فنلندا والمملكة المتحدة وأسبانيا والسويد وإمكانية الإفادة منها في الجامعات المصرية. وأستخدم البحث المنهج المقارن. وأشارت الدراسة الى التعرف على خبرات كل من فنلندا والمملكة المتحدة وإسبانيا والسويد في تضمين الطلاب ودورهم في عمليات ضمان الجودة بمؤسسات التعليم الجامعي. والتعرف على واقع الجهود المصرية في تضمين الطلاب في عمليات ضمان الجودة بالجامعات كهيئات ضمان الجودة وأدوار الطلاب وغيرها. وتكمن أهمية الدراسة في أنها تساير بعض المتغيرات التي يشهدها المجتمع المصري لتطوير الأداء الجامعي والارتقاء بنوعيته وتطبيق قواعد الجودة الشاملة والإعتماد. كما أنها تتضمن خبرات عديدة في تضمين الطلاب في عمليات ضمان الجودة بمؤسسات التعليم الجامعي في نظم مختلفة. وإستعرضت الدراسة سياقات الاهتمام الأوروبي العالمي بتضمين الطلاب في عمليات ضمان الجودة. كما أشارت الى آليات دعم تضمين الطلاب في ضمان الجودة وهيئات ضمان الجودة. وبينت مشروعات التضمين الطلابية في مجال ضمان الجودة والهدف الإستراتيجى من المشروع والأهداف المحددة له والعوائد المتوقعة من تنفيذ المشروع ومكوناته. كما أظهرت الدراسة الآليات المقترحة لتفعيل تضمين الطلاب في عمليات ضمان الجودة بالجامعات المصرية كمنطلقات أو موجهات الاستفادة العامة وأخرى مرتبطة بمحاور المقارنة وثالثه آليات تطويرية عامة. وختاما أوضحت الدراسة متطلبات تنفيذ الآليات المقترحة كإدارة المؤسسات من خلال تقديم الدعم المؤسسي طويل الأجل. وان تضمين الطلاب يتطلب موارد مالية ووسائل لوجستية إدارية التي يمكن أن توفر الترحيب وبيئة مشجعة كحافز لتحفيز الطلاب على التضمين.

The comparative study aimed to include students in quality assurance processes in university education institutions in Finland, the United Kingdom, Spain and Sweden and the possibility of benefiting from them in Egyptian universities. The research used the comparative approach. The study identified the experiences of Finland, the UK, Spain and Sweden in the students' inclusion and their role in quality assurance processes in university education institutions, as well as identifying the reality of Egyptian efforts to include students in quality assurance processes in universities, such as quality assurance bodies and the roles of students and others. The importance of the study lies in the fact that it kept pace with some of the variables witnessed by the Egyptian society to develop the university performance, improve its quality and apply the rules of total quality and accreditation. It also includes many experiences in including students in quality assurance processes in university education institutions in different systems. The study reviewed the global European contexts of interest in including students in quality assurance processes. In addition, it referred to the support mechanisms for the inclusion of students in quality assurance and quality assurance bodies, as well as the projects of student's inclusion in the field of quality assurance, the strategic objective of the project, the objectives set for it and the expected returns from the implementation of the project and its components. Moreover, the study showed the proposed mechanisms to activate the inclusion of students in the quality assurance processes in Egyptian universities as starting points or directives for the public benefit, others related to the axes of comparison and a third for the general development mechanisms. Finally, the study explained the requirements for the implementation of the proposed mechanisms such as institutional management through the long-term institutional support. Besides, it clarified that the inclusion of students requires financial resources and administrative logistical means that can provide a welcoming and encouraging environment as an incentive to motivate students to be included.
