المستخلص: تعد الكفايات التعليمية والتدريسية احدى الجوانب الرئيسة لتقويم الأداء المهني وان امتلاكه لها تظهر لنا مؤشرات إمكانية تقويم غير مباشر لبرامج إعداد المعلمين، وهدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تحديد الكفايات التعليمية لدى مدرسي ومدرسات كليات التربية الرياضية في بغداد . وتحديد الأهمية النسبية لكل منها، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي لملائمته لطبيعة المشكلة، وقد ضم مجتمع الدراسة ، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية من المجتمع الأصلي للدراسة قوامها ( 120 ) مدرس ومدرسة للتربية الرياضية، وقامت الباحثة بتوزيع الاستبيان الذي احتوى (50) فقرة موزعة على ( 5 ) مجالات هي ( كفايات الأهداف لدرس التربية الرياضية ، كفايات التنظيم ، كفايات التنفيذ، كفايات طرائق التدريس، كفايات التقويم ) وتم تطبيقها على أفراد عينة الدراسة، وقد استخدمت الباحثة الوسائل الإحصائية المناسبة لتفسير النتائج . وقد خرجت الدراسة باستنتاجات منها تكثيف الدورات التدريبية من قبل الاختصاصيين كنماذج تطبيقية لتطوير كفايات المدرسين لأهميتها وارتباطها بالنمو المهني للمدرس ، وتفعيل نظام التدريب أثناء الخدمة للمدرسين والمدرسات لتطوير كفاياتهم التدريسية .

The educational and teaching competencies are one of the main aspects to evaluate the professional performance, and by having them, indicators of the possibilities of indirectly evaluating the programs of preparing teachers are shown. The current study aimed to determine the educational competencies for the teachers (male and female) in the faculties of physical education in Baghdad; to identify the relative importance of each of them. The researcher used the descriptive approach by using a questionnaire for its suitability to the nature of the problem. The research population was determined and the research sample was selected randomly from the original research population of 120 teachers of physical education. The researcher distributed the questionnaire, which contained 50 items distributed on 5 fields : (the competencies of the goals of the physical education lesson, competencies of organization, competencies of implementation, competencies of teaching methods, and competencies of evaluation). They were applied to the research sample. The researcher used the appropriate statistical instruments to interpret the results. The study came out with conclusions, including: intensifying the training courses by specialists as empirical models for the development of competencies of teachers due to its importance and its relation to the professional growth of teachers, and to activate the in-service training system for the teachers in order to develop their teaching competencies.
