المستخلص: The faculties of Physical Education and Sports Science are integrated institutions that include, in its structures, administrative units, departments, staff and administrators working in order to achieve the objectives of this Faculty. That requires the availability of the administrative leaders and employees who are highly aware of the administrative skills in their work and because they are important institutions that have a positive impact on the development of any society. The process of preparing the human resources of these faculties requires the availability of the comprehensive quality management, which reflects on the performance and the output of these faculties. The importance of the research lies in determining the most important requirements of the comprehensive quality in the faculty of physical education and sports science at Diyala University; and in realizing the extent of these requirements were available to improve them and have a future vision of the faculty based on these requirements. Based on the above mentioned, the problem of this study can be summarized in the following question: To what extent the comprehensive quality management is available in the faculty of physical education and sports science at Diyala University, and what is the level of its implications? The research aims to identify the most important requirements of the comprehensive quality management in the faculty of physical education and sports science from the employees’ perspective. The researcher used the descriptive approach with the questionnaire method due to its suitability to the problem intended to be solved.

تعد كليات التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة مؤسسات متكاملة تتضمن في هياكلها وحداتٍ وأقساماً إدارية وموظفين وإداريين يعملون لأجل تحقيق أهداف هذه الكلية, ويتطلب ذلك توافر قادة إداريين وموظفين على دراية عالية من المهارات الإدارية في أداء أعمالهم. ولكونها من المؤسسات المهمة التي لها الأثر الايجابي في تطوير أي مجتمع وتقدمه, وتتطلب عملية إعداد الملاكات البشرية لهذه الكليات على توافر متطلبات الجودة الشاملة فيها الذي ينعكس بدوره على الأداء وعلى المخرجات في هذه الكليات . وتكمن أهمية البحث من خلال تحديد اهم متطلبات الجودة الشاملة في كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة / جامعة ديالى ومعرفة مدى توفر هذه المتطلبات فيها للنهوض بها والرقي ورسم رؤية مستقبلية للكلية على وفق هذه المتطلبات . ومن خلال هذا يمكن بلورة مشكلة الدراسة في السؤال الآتي : الى أي مدى تتوافر متطلبات ادارة الجودة الشاملة في كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة / جامعة ديالى وما مستوى تطبيقها فيها ؟ ويهدف البحث الى التعرف على اهم متطلبات الادارة الجودة الشاملة في كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة من وجهة نظر العاملين فيها، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي لملائمة وطبيعة المشكلة المراد حلها.
