المستخلص: تتطرق هذه الورقة البحثية لمختلف الجوانب المتعلقة بمخاطر العمل داخل المؤسسة وانعكاساتها السلبية على العامل والبيئة، وكيفية الوقاية منها، من خلال مراجعة سريعة للأدبيات المتعلقة بالموضوع. كما تتناول أهم التدابير للوقاية من الحوادث المهنية وتقليصها في ضوء التطورات التي شهدها القطاع الصناعي في الجزائر وما واكبه من تشريعات في هذا المجال. وأهم الاستنتاجات التي أفضت إليها هذه الورقة أن: - حوادث العمل مرتبطة بتطور القطاع الصناعي سواء على الصعيد المحلي أو الدولي؛ - المشروع الجزائري أولى اهتماما كبيرا لموضوع الوقاية من مخاطر العمل.

This paper discusses the various aspects of work accidents in the company, their negative impacts on workers and on the environment and how to prevent them , through a quick review of the literature on the subject. It also addresses the prevention of accidents and their reduction in the light of the Algerian industrial sector evolution and the labor legislation which accompanied it. The most important conclusions are: - Accidents at work are related to the development of the industrial sector, both nationally and internationally; - The Algerian legislator has paid considerable attention to the issue of labor risks prevention

Ce papier traite les différents aspects liés aux accidents de travail dans l’entreprise , leurs répercussions sur les travailleurs et l'environnement et comment les prévenir, à travers une revue rapide de la littérature concernant le sujet. Il aborde également les mesures de prévention des accidents de travail et leur réduction à la lumière de l'évolution du secteur industriel en Algérie et la législation qui l’a accompagné. Les conclusions les plus importantes sont: - Les accidents de travail sont liés au développement du secteur industriel, à la fois national et international; - Le législateur algérien a prêté une attention considérable à la question de prévention des risques du travail.
