المستخلص: يعد تمهين التعليم إحدى الركائز الأساسية للارتقاء بالمعلم وتعزيز قدراته على أداء مهامه بكفاءة وفاعلية، ويتطلب تمهين التعليم إعداد المعلم إعداداً فعالاً بمؤسسات الإعداد قبل الخدمة، لذا هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن واقع الإعداد التربوي من وجهة نظر الدارسين في دبلوم التربية العام بجامعة القصيم، وتحديد الصعوبات التي تواجههم وتحد من فاعلية الإعداد التربوي لهم، وتقديم تصور مقترح يمكن من خلاله تفعيل الإعداد التربوي للدارسين. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، مستعينة بأدائي الاستبانة والمقابلة الشخصية التي طبقت على عينة من الدارسين بدبلوم التربية العام في جامعة القصيم خلال العام الجامعي 1433/1434هـ وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج، منها : أن دبلوم التربية العام يتبع الاتجاه التقليدي في إعداد المعلم، فيهتم أكثر بالجوانب المعرفية النظرية، حيث يحقق الإعداد التربوي في مجال المعارف التربوية النظرية بدرجة كبيرة، بينما يحقق الإعداد في مجال المهارات والاتجاهات المهنية بدرجة متوسطة، كما أسفرت النتائج عن بعض الصعوبات التي تؤثر على فاعلية الإعداد التربوي للدارسين. وفي ضوء النتائج قدمت الدراسة تصوراً مقترحاً لتفعيل الإعداد التربوي للدارسين بدبلوم التربية العام بجامعة القصيم، يقوم على معالجة الفجوة القائمة بين ما ينبغي أن تكون عليه عملية إعداد المعلم وفق المعايير المهنية العالمية، وبين الواقع الحالي لعملية الإعداد، كما قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات بشأن متطلبات تنفيذ التصور المقترح.

The education apprenticeship is one of the main pillars to improve teacher and enhance his ability to perform his functions efficiently and effectively, and education apprenticeship requires preparation of the teacher effectively in institutions of preparation before the service, so the present study aimed to reveal the reality of educational preparation in the opinion of students in General Education Diploma in Qassim University, and identify the difficulties which face them and limit the effectiveness of educational preparation for them, and make a proposed imagination in which you can activate the educational preparation for students. To achieve this goal, the study used a descriptive approach , by using two methods which are questionnaire and personal interview , which are applied on a sample of students in General Education Diploma in Qassim University during the academic year 1433/1434 AH. The study found a number of results , including that the General Education Diploma follows the traditional trend in teacher preparation , so it is more interested in the theoretical cognitive aspects, and make the educational preparation in the field of theoretical educational knowledge substantially , while makes the setting in the field of professional skills and attitudes moderately , the results also led to some of the difficulties that affect the effectiveness of educational preparation for students. Through the results, the study presented a proposal imagination to activate the educational preparation for students in General Education Diploma in Qassim University, which is based on handling the gap between what the process of teacher preparation should be, according to the global professional standards, and between the current reality of the process of preparation, the study also presents a set of recommendations about the requirements implementation of the proposal imagination.
