المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على واقع تطبيق إدارة المعرفة بجامعة القصيم، والكشف عن الموقات التي تحد من التطبيق الفاعل لها، من وجهة نظر قيادات جامعة القصيم، وتحديد الآليات إلى يمكن أن تساهم في تفعيلها، وتقديم تصور مقترح يمكن بمقتضاه تفعيل إدارة المعرفة بجامعة القصيم على ضوء ثقافة الجودة التنافسية. ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، واستعانت بأداة الاستبانة التي طبقت على عينة من قيادات جامعة القصيم بلغ عددها 125 من العمداء والوكلاء ورؤساء الأقسام العلمية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج، نذكر منها : أنه لا يتم تطبيق أساليب وممارسات إدارة المعرفة في جامعة القصيم بصورة كاملة، وأن هناك الكثير من المعوقات التي تحد من التطبيق، وأن هناك أهمية كبيرة في إيجاد الآليات لتفعيل إدارة المعرفة بالجامعة، وفي ضوء ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من تحليلات نظرية ونتائج ميداني، قدمت الدراسة تصوراً مقترحا، يسعى إلى تفعيل إدارة المعرفة بجامعة القصيم في ضوء ثقافة الجودة التنافسية، حيث اشتمل التصور المقترح على فلسفة وأهداف وأبعاد وإجراءات ومتطلبات تنفيذ إدارة المعرفة. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة توفير مجموعة من الآليات اللازمة لتنفيذ التصور المقترح بما يكفل تفعيل إدارة المعرفة بجامعة القصيم.

This study aimed to identify the reality of the application of knowledge management in the University of Qassim, detect obstacles that limit its effective application from the standpoint of Qassim University leaders, and identify mechanisms that could contribute to the activated. Moreover, this study will provide a conceived proposal could whereby activation of knowledge management in the University of Qassim in the light of the culture of quality competitiveness. To achieve these goals the study used the descriptive method, using a questionnaire to sample of the Qassim University leaders numbered 125 of Deans, agents and heads of academic departments.. The study found a number of results, including:In the first axis, the methods and practices of knowledge management in the University of Qassim are not applied fully. In second axis, we found a lot of obstacles faced the application of knowledge management in Qassim University. In third axis, there is a great importance for the mechanisms of activation of knowledge management in Qassim University. In light of the study findings of theoretical analysis and field results, The study presents visualized proposal seeks to activate knowledge management at the Qassim University in light of the culture of quality competitiveness, where the proposal included details of philosophy, objectives, dimensions , procedures and requirements for implementation. The study recommended the need to provide a range of mechanisms for the implementation of the proposed concept to ensure the activation of knowledge management at the University of Qassim.
