|b The study aims to identify the relationship between information technology and the sharing knowledge and its impact on ensuring the quality of higher education at Taif University, and the study included various colleges at the university. The study used descriptive analytical method, and questionnaire is designed for the purposes of the study, which is consisted of four parts, and each part contains many questions about the study variables: personal variables and functional, information technology, knowledge sharing, ensuring the quality of higher education. The study has many results, including: The information technology is considered as the infrastructure that feeds the university, and the university is keen on benefiting from the use of information technology and benefit from the experience and knowledge. The university encourages activities that are interested to training workers to develop their knowledge, and it provides modem and sophisticated technology to improve their practical and academic. The results showed that there is a significant correlation with statistical significance at the level (0.05) between information technology and sharing knowledge. The presence of any interaction and integration between them. The results showed that information technology (various dimensions) affects to sharing knowledge with its various dimensions. The results showed that the information technology and sharing knowledge are affecting to ensuring the quality of higher education with its various dimensions. Finely results the study showed that the interaction of both information technology and knowledge sharing affect morale in ensuring the quality of higher education at Taif University. The study concluded many recommendations: Plan is defined formulate to consolidate the knowledge management practices and mechanisms applied in universities and consolidation of this concept for members, regardless of their experience curve. Unversities must give more attention to IT infrastructure to establish effective communication networks in order to take advantage of them to ensure the quality of higher education. Unversities must design program quality assurance for universities, and taking consideration the components of a program of quality assurance in higher education through benefiting best practices in this area. Unversities make integration and interaction between the entrance of knowledge management and quality to achieving the goals and objectives of the university in the long run.

|a تهدف الدراسة إلى تعرف العلاقة بين تكنولوجيا المعلومات والتشارك بالمعرفة وأثرهما في ضمان جودة التعليم العالي في دامعة الطائف، وشملت الدراسة الكليات المختلفة في الجامعة. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في هذه الدراسة، وصممت استبانة لأغراض الدراسة من أربعة أجزاء واحتواء كل جزء عدداً من الأسئلة حول متغيرات الدراسة: المتغيرات الشخصية والوظيفية، تكنولوجيا المعلومات، التشارك بالمعرفة، ضمان جودة التعليم العالي. خلصت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج، أهمها: تعد تكنولوجيا المعلومات البنية الأساسية التي تغذي الجامعة، وتحرص الجامعة على الاستفادة من استخدامات تكنولوجيا المعلومات، والاستفادة من الخبرات والمعارف والمتوفرة لديها. تعمل الجامعة على تشجيع الأنشطة التي تهتم العاملين لتطوير معارفهم، وتوفر لهم تكنولوجيا متطورة وحديثة لتحسين قدراتهم العملية والأكاديمية. كما أظهرت النتائج أن هناك علاقة ارتباط معنوية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوي معنوية (0.05) بين تكنولوجيا المعلومات والتشارك بالمعرفة. أي وجود تفاعل وتكامل بينهما. وتظهر النتائج كذلك أن تكنولوجيا المعلومات بأبعادها تؤثر معنويا في التشارك بالمعرفة بأبعادها المختلفة. كذلك أن تكنولوجيا المعلومات والتشارك بالمعرفة بأبعادها المختلفة تؤثر معنويا في ضمان جودة التعليم العالي بأبعادها المختلفة. وأخيرا أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن تفاعل كل من تكنولوجيا المعلومات والتشارك بالمعرفة تؤثر معنويا في ضمان جودة التعليم العالي في جامعة الطائف بأبعاده المختلفة. وكان من أهم توصيات الدراسة: ضرورة صياغة خطة محددة المعالم لترسيخ ممارسات إدارة المعرفة وآليات تطبيقها في الجامعات وترسيخ هذا المفهوم عن أعضاء هيئة التدريس، بغض النظر عن منحني الخبرة لديهم. الاهتمام بالبنية التحتية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات لتأسيس شبكات اتصال فعالة من أجل الاستفادة منها لضمان جودة التعليم العالي بالاستفادة من أفضل الممارسات في هذا المجال. وأخيرا العمل على تكامل وتفاعل كل من مدخل إدارة المعرفة والجودة في تحيقي غايات واهداف الجامعات على المدي البعيد.
