هدف البحث إلى إعداد برنامج تدريبي مقترح لتنمية مهارات التدريس الإبداعي لدى معلمي العلوم بالمرحلة الإعدادية وأثره على الفهم ومهارات الحل الإبداعي للمشكلات لدى طلابهم، ولتحقيق الهدف تم تحديد مهارات التدريس الإبداعي، وإعداد برنامج تدريبي مقترح لتنمية هذه المهارات، كما تم إعداد بطاقة ملاحظة أداء معلمي العلوم لمهارات التدريس الإبداعي، واختبار الجانب المعرفي في مهارات التدريس الإبداعي، كما تم تطبيق اختبار الفهم واختبار الحل الإبداعي للمشكلات على طلابهم، تكونت عينة البحث من (12) معلم العلوم بالمرحلة الإعدادية، و(115) طالب من طلاب الصف الأول الإعدادي، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لتحديد مهارات التدريس الإبداعي المطلوب تنميتها وإعداد البرنامج، والمنهج والتجريبي القائم على مجموعة تجريبية واحده لتطبيق تجربة البحث، وقد تم تطبيق أدوات البحث قبلياً لتحديد المستوى القبلي لعينة البحث في أدائهم لمهارات التدريس الإبداعي، وتحديد مستوى طلابهم في الفهم والحل الإبداعي للمشكلات، وبعد الانتهاء من تنفيذ البرامج تم تطبيق أدوات البحث بعدياً بهدف تعرف الفروق بين التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لأدوات البحث، وقد أسفرت نتائج البحث عن وجود فرق دلال إحصائياً ع بين متوسطي درجات معلمي العلوم في مهارات التدريس الإبداعي في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لبطاقة الملاحظة والاختبار التحصيلي لصالح التطبيق البعدي. كما أشارت نتائج البحث إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات طلاب الصف الأول الإعدادي في اختباري الفهم والحل الإبداعي للمشكلات في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لصالح التطبيق البعدي. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج تم تقديم بعض التوصيات والمقترحات من بينها : تنمية مهارات التدريس الإبداعي لدى معلمي العلوم من خلال استراتيجيات التدريس الحديثة المتضمنة داخل البرنامج التدريبي.
This current research aimed to Preparing proposed training program for developing the creative teaching skills of science teachers at the preparatory stage and his effect on developing understanding& Creative Problem Solving Skills for his students. The required developing the creative teaching skills of science teachers at preparatory stage have been determined in order to achieve the aim of the research According to these skills. After that a proposed training program has been designed in order to develop these skills. Furthermore , a tool of the research has been prepared , for example note cards for these skills of creative teaching. The sample of the study consisted of (12) science teachers at preparatory stage, and(115) preparatory first grade students. The researcher has used the descriptive methodology in order to determine the skills of creative teaching that are required to be developed in the science teachers of preparatory stage. and prepare proposed training program Furthermore the experimental methodology , which is based on one experimental group to apply the experiment of the research , has been used. A tools of study were applied previously in order to determine the previous level of the study sample in there performing in creative teaching skills ,and to determine the previous level of his students in understanding& Creative Problem Solving Skills testes, After finishing from executing the program, the research tools was applied subsequently in order to know the differences between the two applications of the research tools. The results of the revealed that there statistical difference significances among the degree averages of sciences teachers in Creative Teaching Skills for the Research Sample in both of the two previous & subsequent applications of note card and achievement test for the sake of the previous application. and The results of the revealed too that there statistical differences significances among the degree averages of preparatory first grade students in understanding& Creative Problem Solving Skills for the Research Sample in both of the two previous & subsequent applications of understanding& Creative Problem Solving Skills testes for the sake of the previous application In light of these results, the researcher provides some recommendations and suggestions like: Developing the creative teaching for teachers through modern strategies with training programs.
