المستخلص: هدف البحث تحسين جودة الحياة الأكاديمية من خلال برنامج مكون من (19) جلسة من إعداد الباحثة وتم تحديد مستوى جودة الحياة الأكاديمية لدى عينة البحث لدى عينة البحث المكونة من (20) طالبة موهوبة بمدارس مدينة الرياض من خلال التطبيق القبلي لمقياس جودة الحياة الأكاديمية من إعداد الباحثة وتم تصميم مقياس لجودة الحياة الأكاديمية، وقد انبثق منه أربع محاور وهي المعرفة والبراعة والشخصية والحكمة، وقد تم صياغة عدد (9) عبارات للمحور الأول وعدد (8) عبارات للمحور الثاني، وعدد (8) عبارات للمحور الثالث وعدد (11) عبارة للمحور الرابع، ووضع أمام كل عبارة مقياس تقدير ثلاثي (دائما، أحيانا، أبدا) لمعرفة درجة شعور الطالبة بجودة الحياة الأكاديمية وبذلك تتراوح الدرجة الكلية على المقياس ما بين (36-108) درجة ، وتتوافر في المقياس المؤشرات السيكومترية المطلوبة من الصدق والثبات والاتساق الداخلي، وتم التحقق من صدق المحتوى (المحكمين) والصدق المرتبط بالمحك، وبعد تنفيذ البرنامج لمدة سبعة أسابيع تم إجراء القياس البعدي ثم التتبعي وبتحليل البيانات تم التوصل إلى أن مستوى جودة الحياة الأكاديمية في كل إبعاد المقياس بالإضافة إلى الدرجة الكلية قبل تطبيق البرنامج في مستوى المتوسط ما عدا بعد البراعة فكان فوق المتوسط، وجود فرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوى 0.001 بين متوسطي درجات التطبيق القبلي والتطبيق البعدي لصالح التطبيق البعدي في أبعاد مقياس جودة الحياة الأكاديمية، وجود فرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوى 0.001 بين متوسطي درجات التطبيق القبلي والتطبيق البعدي لصالح التطبيق البعدي في الدرجة الكلية لمقياس جودة الحياة الأكاديمية، لا يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات التطبيقين البعدي والتتبعي في الدرجة الكلية لمقياس جودة الحياة الأكاديمية لدى الطالبات الموهوبات.

The study aimed at the improvement of the quality of the academic life through a proposed course consisted of (19) sessions prepared by the female researcher; the level of quality of the academic life was determined by the study respondents represented in 20 gifted female students in the schools of Riyadh through the prior application of the measurement of the quality of academic life which was prepared by the female researcher. A measurement of the quality of academic life was designed and four axes were derived from this measurement and they are: knowledge, skillfulness, character and wisdom. 9 phrases were formed for the first axis, 8 for the second, 8 for the third, and 11 for the fourth. A trio rating measure was put in front of each phrase (“Always”, “Sometimes” and “Never”) in order to know to what extent the female student feels the quality of the academic life. Consequently, the whole degree on the measurement ranges from (36-108) degrees.. The measurement contains the required psychometric indices such as truthfulness, steadfastness and internal consistency. The accuracy of content was verified (arbitrators) and the accuracy related to the criterion. After applying the course for seven weeks, the post-measurement followed by the consecutive measurement were applied; through data analysis, we got the following: -The level of the quality of the academic life in all dimensions of the measurement in addition to the whole degree before applying the course in the medium level except for the dimension of skillfulness; it was above the average. -There is a statistical difference at the level 0.001 between the average levels of the prior and post application in favor of the post application in the dimensions of the measurement of the quality of academic life. -There is a statistical difference at the level 0.001 between the average levels of the prior and post application in favor of the whole degree of the measurement of the quality of academic life. -There is no statistical difference between the average levels of the two prior and consecutive applications in the whole degree of the measurement of academic life of the gifted students.
