إن التقدم الهائل والسريع في مختلف ميادين العلوم والتكنولوجيا وظهور العولمة هل العلم يتجاوز حدود المؤسسات التعليمية ليغزو كل مكان، وذلك عن طريق الوسائل التعليمية المختلفة والمتنوعة وخاصة منها الانترنت، ولعل التدريس وفق المقاربة بالكفاءات تعد الأنسب والأكثر فعالية في توجيه المتعلم الوجهة الصحيحة في اكتساب المعارف بنفسه مع القدرة على تنظيمها والاستفادة فيها، ولهذا ركزت في مقالي هذا على موضوع أراه مهما في تحقيق تلك الغايات المرجوة المتمثل في آليات اكتساب اللغة وتعلمها، فحاولت في البداية تقديم عدة تعاريف للغة عند القدامى والمحدثين، ثم وضحت آليات اكتساب اللغة "كالقدرة علي الكلام"، و"معرفة الكلام" و"الإرادة في الكلام"، كما أشرت إلي منحي الدراسات اللسانية الحديثة موضحاً ذلك بتخطيط سميته "هرم النمو اللساني" مبرزاً في النهاية عوامل نجاح عملية التعليم. وختمت قولي بضرورة حسن التخطيط وذلك برسم خطة عملية وظيفية باعتبار اللغة وسيلة وليست مادة في حد ذاتها.
The Article: "The Mechanisms of Acquiring and Learning the language" The great and the rapid progress in so many different fields of science and technology, and the appearance of globalization have made science exceed the limits of the teaching institutions to invade every place, this is via the different teaching means , especially the internet. Teaching according to the competency -based approach is probably the most appropriate and effective method in directing the learner to the right manner in acquiring knowledge with him herself with the capacity of organizing it, and taking a benefit from it. this, in this article , I have focused on a subject that seems to me very important in realizing that wanted targets which are " the mechanisms of acquiring and learning the language" . so, at the beginning , I have attempted to present various definitions to language according to ancient and modem scientists . then, I have clarified the mechanisms of acquiring the language such as " the skill of speaking , knowing how to speak , and the will to speak " . As well as to this, I have pointed out the tendency of modern linguistic studies I through a diagram that I have named "the diagram of linguistic growth". At the end, I have shown " the factors leading to success in the process of teaching to sun up , I have finished my speech with the necessity of good planning through drawing an operational and functional plan in the consideration that language is a means but not a material in it self
