|f The desert cities in the Algerian south are particularly famous for their dwellings, which are known as palaces because of their homogeneous architectural collection, through its design unit and building techniques and materials that are compatible with the ecological character and the cultural and social characteristics of these communities. \nIn recent years, however, the Saharan regions have become an open space for all social and cultural changes, the fact that led to the emergence of urban forms that are no different from those in the north, such as the collective housing or the so-called "architecture", which is not accepted by the population because it is not compatible with their culture, as well as the desert environment. This study is conducted to address the most important dimensions that affect the urbanization of the desert city with emphasis on the ecological dimension because it is important to impose a pattern of urbanization in line with the specificities of the desert climate, and identify the most important problems that are resulting from not taking into account these aspects while planning the residential areas in these cities.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018

|d Les villes sahariennes dans le sud algérien sont célébrées avec un genre spécial des maisons qui sont connues par « el ksour » et ca pour ces options de forme urbanisme homogène. A partir d’unifier ce décor et ces caractères techniques et les matériaux de construction qu’ils sont pour ca adéquats avec le style écologique et les caractères socioculturelles de ces sociétés. \nMais dans ces dernières années les secteurs sahariennes ont devenue un champ ouvert sur toutes les changements sociaux et culturels ceci est causé l’émergence d’un forme urbain ne divers pas a celle qu’existe au nord comme la maison collectif on qui ce connue par le « bâtiment »qu’il est pas accepter par les habitats. par ce qu’elle est pas adéquats avec leur cultures local et aussi l’environnement sahariens pour ca cette étude viens pour traiter les importants dimensions qui influent sur la reforme urbaine dans la ville saharienne avec la concentration sur le dimension écologique avec ce qu’il a d’importance a imposé un style urbain démarche avec les caractéristique de climat saharien et de définir les plus important problèmes causé par l’absence de soins a ces cotés pendant la planification des zones d’habitat dans ces villes. \n

|a اشتهرت المدن الصحراوية في الجنوب الجزائري بنوع خاص من المساكن، التي تعرف بالقصور وذلـك لمـا تتميز به من تشكيلة معمارية متجانسة، من خلال وحدة تصميمها وتقنيات ومواد بنائهـا التـي تـتلاءم مـع الطـابع الايكولوجي والخصائص الثقافية والاجتماعية لهذه المجتمعات. \nلكن في السنوات الأخيرة أصبحت الأقاليم الصحراوية مجالا مفتوحا على جميع التغيـرات الاجتماعيـة منهـا والثقافية، مما أدى إلى ظهور أشكال عمرانية لا تختلف عن تلك المتواجدة بالشمال مثل المسكن الجماعي أو ما يعـرف "بالعمارة"، التي لم تجد تقبلا من طرف السكان، لأنها لتتلاءم مع ثقافتهم المحلية وكذلك البيئة الصحراوية، حيث جاءت هذه الدراسة لمعالجة أهم الأبعاد التي تأثر في التشكيل العمراني بالمدينة الصحراوية مع التركيز على البعد الايكولوجي لما له من أهمية في فرض نمط عمراني يتماشى وخصوصيات المناخ الصحراوي، وتحديد أهم المشاكل المترتبة عـن عدم مراعاة هذه الجوانب أثناء تخطيط المناطق السكنية بهذه المدن. \n
