المستخلص: The talented is a national fortune, and a treasure to the nation, and he is a factor of renaissance and the hope for societies that aspire to reach the prestigious center at the international level ,and then the exploitation of his abilities intellectually and educationally is a serious necessity .This not comes only by the developing of mental abilities in order to achieve the self-realization ,also to arise his excellence and creativity . on the other hand ,it gives development and prosperity to the society. And thinking occupies the highest level of mental activity, especially innovative thinking, which is one of a thought patterns that provide the society with ideas that lacks that always need to be rapid development in all fields, so to teach thinking at the schools as well as their practical and educational importance , is related to the issue of growth, progress and confront future challenges in a world where its leader is thinking. the development of innovative thinking skills and how to treat with schools subjucts to be active and have a greater productivity ,requires a motivation that drives that thinking activity. The cognitive motive is primary factor in the growth and increase of thinking, since the mental cognitive structure of the individual can be formed through continuous stimulation in order to push the learner to discover his abilities and his desire to increase the knowledge and continuous research and development of various thought processes and its higher like innovative thinking, which provides for humanity various scientific productions.

يعد الموهوب ثروًة وطنية، وكنزًا لأمته وعاملا من عوامل النهضة وأملا للمجتمعات التي تطمح إلى الوصول إلى مركز مرموق على الصعيد الدولي، ومن ثم فإن استغلال قدراته استغلالا فكرياً وتربوياً يعد ضرورة حتمية. ولا يتأتى ذلك إلا بتنمية قدراته العقلية من أجل تحقيق ذاته أي إبراز مجالات تفوقه وإبداعاته من جهة وأخرى تطوير المجتمع وازدهاره .ويحتل التفكير أعلى مراتب النشاط العقلي وخاصة التفكير الابتكاري الذي يعتبر أحد أنماط التفكير التي تزود المجتمع بالأفكار التي يفتقر إليها دائماً لمواكبة التطور المتسارع في كل المجالات، لذا فإن قضية إدخال تعليم التفكير إلى المدارس إلى جانب أهميتها العملية والتربوية هي قضية تتعلق بمسألة النمو والتقدم ومواجهة تحديات المستقبل في عالم أصبح قائده الفكر. وتنمية مهارات التفكير الإبتكاري وكيفية التعامل مع المواد الدراسية بنشاط وحيوية وإنتاجية اكبر يتطلب وجود دافعية التي تحرك ذلك النشاط الفكري. ويعد الدافع المعرفي العامل الأساسي في نمو وزيادة التفكير، إذ أن البنية العقلية المعرفية للفرد يمكن أن تتكون من خلال التحفيز المستمر من أجل دفع المتعلم على اكتشاف قدراته وزيادة رغبته في المعرفة والبحث المتواصل وتنمية مختلف عمليات التفكير وأرقاها التفكير الابتكاري الذي يقدم للبشرية مختلف الإنتاجات العلمية.
