|a هدفت هذه الورقة إلى التعريف باضطراب فرط النشاط وضعف الانتباه واستعراض تطوره خلال مرحلة ما قبل المدرسة ، مرحلة التعليم الأساسي، مرحلة الشباب وسن الرشد .كما تم تناول العلاقة بين هذا الاضطراب والاضطرابات التفاعلية الأخرى المرتبطة به وكذلك الصعوبات المرتبطة بالتشخيص والتكلفة المادية لعلاج المصابين بالاضطراب .\n ومن خلال تتبع الآثار المتوقعة لاضطراب فرط النشاط وضعف الانتباه على المدى البعيد من واقع نتائج البحوث والدراسات في هذا المجال ، نجد أن معظم نتائج هذه البحوث والدراسات تشير إلى أن هذا الاضطراب لا يعيق التحصيل الدراسي في مراحل التعليم المتقدمة ولا يمنع الإنجاز والتفوق المهني .ومع ذلك فإن اضطراب فرط النشاط وضعف الانتباه قد يؤثر في كل مظاهر الحياة لدى الفرد المصاب خلال مراحل النمو المختلفة بجانب الآثار التي تترتب على أسرة المصاب والمدرسة والمجتمع ككل .كما اتضح من هذا الاستعراض لاضطراب فرط النشاط وضعف الانتباه أن التقييم يلعب دورا أساسيا في التشخيص والعلاج ، ففي حال تم تحديد العجز الناتج عن اضطراب فرط النشاط وضعف الانتباه فإن ذلك يستوجب تحويل الطفل للعلاج في المستشفيات والمراكز المتخصصة في المراحل الأولية من النمو حتى يتم تفادي الآثار النفسية والتربوية والاجتماعية المترتبة عليه.

|f This paper aims to introduce hyperactivity disorder and attention impairment and review its development during preschool, primary education, youth, and adulthood. The study also addressed the relationship between this disorder and other associated reactive disorders, as well as the difficulties associated with the diagnosis and the material cost of treating people suffering from the disorder. \n By tracking the expected effects of hyperactivity disorder and attention impairment over the long term according to the results of research and studies in this field, we find that most of the results of these studies indicate that this disorder does not hinder educational achievement at the advance stages of education and does not prevent achievement and professional excellence. However, hyperactivity disorder and attention impairment may affect all aspects of life in the affected individual during different stages of development, as well as consequences on the family, school, and society as a whole. As indicated in this review of hyperactivity disorder and attention impairment, evaluation plays a crucial role in diagnosis and treatment. If disability resulting from hyperactivity disorder and attention impairment is identified, this requires the child to be referred to treatment in hospitals and specialized centers at the initial stages of development to avoid the psychological, educational, and social consequences.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
