المستخلص: كانت الغاية من وجود القانون الدولي الإنساني ولازالت حماية ضحايا النزاعات المسلحة الدولية وغيرها، هذه الأخيرة عادة ما تكون عواقبها وخيمة على جميع الأطراف العسكرية منها والمدنية، إلا أن هناك بعض الفئات الخاصة من المدنيين كالأطفال والشيوخ والنساء والصحافيين يكون وقع الحروب عليهم أكثر حدة ووطأة من غيرهم، لهذا كرس القانون الدولي الإنساني كل جهوده من أجل حمايتهم من خلال إقرار مبدأ التمييز بين المدنيين والعسكريين أثناء شن الهجمات العسكرية، ناهيك عن إرساء عديد الضمانات القانونية والقضائية للحيلولة دون الاعتداء عليهم وعلى ممتلكاتهم.

Le but de l'existence du droit international humanitaire, tout en protégeant les victimes des conflits armés internationaux et d'autres, ces derniers sont généralement des conséquences et des répercussions sur toutes les parties au civil et militaire, mais il ya certains groupes particuliers de civils tels que les enfants et les personnes âgées, les femmes et les journalistes ont signé une guerre sur les plus graves et l'impact des d'autres, consacrés à ce droit international humanitaire de tous ses efforts pour assurer leur protection grâce à l'adoption du principe de distinction entre civils et militaires au cours des attaques militaires, de ne pas mentionner la création d'un grand nombre de garanties juridiques et judiciaires pour prévenir les abus et à leurs biens.

The purpose of the existence of international humanitarian law and the protection of victims of international armed conflicts and others, have always had most severe consequences for all military and civilian parties. However, there are some special categories of civilians such as children, the elderly, women and journalists, they're more affected than others. This is why international humanitarian law has devoted all its efforts to protect them by establishing the principle of distinction between civilians and military personnel during military attacks, not to mention the establishment of a number of legal and judicial safeguards to prevent attacks on them and their property.
