هدف البحث إلى التعرف على فاعلية برنامج تدريبي مقترح قائم على تصميم مواقف التدريس المصغر في ضوء الاحتياجات التدريبية اللازمة لتنمية الكفايات المهنية لدى طلاب الدبلوم العام في التربية واتجاهاتهم نحو مهنة تدريس الدراسات الاجتماعية. معتمدا على المنهجين الوصفي وشبه التجريبي. تكون مجتمع البحث من جميع طلاب الدبلوم العام بكلية التربية جامعة حلوان تخصص الدراسات الاجتماعية المسجلين بمسار التعليم الابتدائي بالفصل الدراسي الأول للعام الجامعي 2013/2014م. وتكونت أدوات البحث من استبانة لتحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية اللازمة لتنمية الكفايات المهنية الواجب توافرها لدى طلاب الدبلوم العام في التربية لتدريس مادة الدراسات الاجتماعية وبطاقة ملاحظة مؤشرات الكفايات المهنية لتدريس الدراسات الاجتماعية ومقياس الاتجاه نحو مهنة تدريس الدراسات الاجتماعية. وجاءت النتائج مؤكدة فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي المقترح في تنمية الكفايات المهنية لدى طلاب الدبلوم العام في التربية واتجاهاتهم نحو مهنة التدريس. قدم البحث عدد من التوصيات منها التأكيد على تدعيم المقررات التي يدرسها طلاب الدبلوم العام في التربية بمكونات الجانب الوجداني نحو مهنة التدريس والاهتمام بمواقف التدريس المصغر وتدعيمها بتطبيقات عملية تساعد على تنمية الاتجاهات الإيجابية لدى طلاب كليات التربية نحو مهنة التدريس.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
The research aimed to identify the effectiveness of a proposed training program based on the design of the Microteaching situations in light of the training needs required to develop the professional competencies of the of the general diploma in education students and their attitudes towards the profession of teaching the social studies. The research based on the descriptive and semi-experimental approaches. The research consisted of all students of the general diploma at the Faculty of Education, Helwan University, social studies specialization, who are registered in the course of the primary education in the first semester of the academic year 2013/2014. The research tools consisted of a questionnaire to identify the training needs necessary for developing the professional competencies that must be met by the students of the general diploma at the Faculty of Education to teach the social studies, an observation card of the professional competencies indicators to teach social studies, and the measure of the direction towards the profession of teaching social studies. The results confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed training program in the development of professional competencies among students of the general diploma in the faculty of education and their attitudes towards teaching profession. The study presented a number of recommendations, including emphasizing the reinforcement of the courses, which are taught by the students of the general diploma in the faculty of education with the components of the emotional aspect towards the teaching profession, and drawing attention to the Microteaching situations and supporting them with practical applications that help to develop the positive attitudes among the students of the faculties of education towards teaching profession..This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
