المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى وضع تصور مقترح عن المقومات الشخصية والمهنية الضرورية لمعلمي المواد الفلسفية في ضوء متطلبات التفكير المستقبلي. واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتكونت مجموعة البحث من معلمي المواد الفلسفية. وتمثلت أدوات البحث في إعداد قائمة بالمقومات الشخصية لمعلمي المواد الفلسفية في ضوء مهارات التفكير المستقبلي وقائمة بالمقومات المهنية لمعلمي المواد الفلسفية في ضوء مهارات التفكير المستقبلي. وأسفر البحث عن عدة نتائج منها أن التربية في جوهرها عملية مستقبلية وهى الأداة التي تعد أجيال اليوم لعالم الغد. وأنه إذا أردنا أن نحدد من هو المواطن والقائد ومدير المستقبل يجب أن نحدد معلم المستقبل لاعتباره العنصر الأقوى والفعال في العملية التربوية. كما قدم البحث تصور للمقومات الشخصية والمهنية الضرورية لمعلمي المواد الفلسفية في ضوء متطلبات التفكير المستقبلي. وأشار لوجود فرق بين المقومات الشخصية والمهنية التي تميز بها معلمي المواد الفلسفية في الوقت الحالي والمقومات الشخصية والمهنية لمعلمي المواد الفلسفية في ضوء مهارات التفكير المستقبلي. في ضوء النتائج قدم البحث عدد من التوصيات منها الوقوف بكل السبل على الاتجاهات العالمية المعاصرة في البلاد المتقدمة في مجال إعداد وتدريب المعلم والاستفادة منها بما يتناسب مع ظروف إمكانيات نظام التعليم في مصر. وتدريب معلمي المواد الفلسفية قبل وأثناء الخدمة على مهارات التفكير المستقبلي لما لها من أهمية قصوى لمواجهة التحديات المعاصرة والمستقبلية.

The research aimed to develop a suggested perspective of the personal and professional elements necessary for the teachers of philosophical subjects in light of the requirements of future thinking. The research used the descriptive analytical approach. The research group consisted of the philosophical subjects teachers. The research tools were represented in the preparation of a personal characteristics list of the philosophical curriculum teachers in the light of future thinking skills and a list of the professional elements of the teachers of philosophical subjects in the light of the skills of future thinking. The search found several results, including that education in essence is a future process, a tool that prepares the current generations for the world of tomorrow. The research found also that if we want to determine who is the citizen, the leader, and director of the future, we must define the teacher of the future because he considers the most powerful and effective element in the educational process. The research also presented a vision of the personal and professional elements necessary for the teachers of philosophical subjects in light of the requirements of future thinking. It indicated that there is a difference between the personal and professional characteristics that characterized the teachers of philosophical subjects at the present time and the personal and professional elements of the teachers of philosophical curriculum in light of the skills of future thinking. In the light of the results, the research presented a number of recommendations, including determine all means on the contemporary global trends in the developed countries in the field of preparing and training the teacher and benefiting from them In line with the conditions of the educational system in Egypt. The training of pre-service and in-service philosophical teachers on the future thinking skills because of their utmost importance to face contemporary and future challenges.
