المستخلص: The study aims to identify the leadership style prevailing among managers and mentors towards physical education teachers, job satisfaction of physical education teachers. The two researchers used the descriptive approach, following the relational method due to its suitability to the nature of the research procedures. The research sample was chosen randomly. The research sample included (100) physical education teachers at the Benha Educational Administration in Qalyubia Governorate, (50) physical education mentors, and 20 school principals. The researchers also applied on a sample from the same research population and outside the original population consisting of (10) trainers, (20) mentors, (50) physical education teachers. Among the tools for collecting data are the Job Satisfaction Scale for Physical Education Teachers (prepared by the researchers) and the Subordinates and Leadership Style Scale (Muhammad Hassan Allawi). Among the most important conclusions came the method used by managers and mentors (the dictatorial style, followed by the democratic style, followed by the reward style, followed by the humanistic style), and the dimensions of job satisfaction for physical education teachers (relationship with management - capabilities, tools, and equipment - nature of work - Monthly salary ) has a low level, and the dimensions of the job satisfaction of the physical education teachers (relationship with the pedagogical guidance - self-satisfaction) came at a medium level, and (relationship with colleagues) came at a high level.

تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على النمط القيادي السائد لدى المديرين والموجهين تجاه معلمي التربية الرياضية، الرضا الوظيفي لمعلمي التربية الرياضية واستخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي متبعاً الأسلوب الارتباطي نظرا لملائمته لطبيعة إجراءات البحث كما تم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العشوائية واشتملت عينة البحث على (100) مدرس تربية رياضية بإدارة بنها التعليمية بمحافظة القليوبية و(50) موجهة تربية رياضية و(20) مدير مدرسة، كما قام الباحثان بالتطبيق على عينة من نفس مجتمع البحث وخارج المجتمع الأصلي قوامها، (10) مدريين، (20) موجه، (50) مدرس تربية رياضية ومن أدوات جمع البيانات مقياس الرضا الوظيفي لمعلمي التربية الرياضية (إعداد الباحثان) ومقياس نمط القيادة والمرؤوسين (محمد حسن علاوي) ومن أهم الاستنتاجات جاء الأسلوب المتبع من المديرين والموجهين (النمط الديكتاتوري يليه النمط الديمقراطي يليه النمط بالإثابة يليه النمط الإنساني)، وجاءت أبعاد الرضا الوظيفي لمعلمي التربية الرياضية (العلاقة مع الإدارة – الإمكانات والأدوات والتجهيزات – طبيعة العمل – الراتب الشهري) ذو مستوى منخفض، وجاءت أبعاد الرضا الوظيفي لمعلمي التربية الرياضية (العلاقة مع التوجيه التربوي – الرضا عن الذات) ذو مستوى متوسط، وجاءت (العلاقة مع الزملاء) ذو مستوى مرتفع.
