المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن فاعلية برنامج تدريبي مقترح لمعلمي الاجتماع قائم على توظيف شبكة الإنترنت لتنمية كفاياتهم التدريسية ومهارات استخدامها. واتبع البحث المنهجين الوصفي والتجريبي. واقتصر البحث على مجموعة من معلمي الاجتماع بمدارس محافظة القاهرة والالتزام بالكفايات التدريسية الخاصة بمادة علم الاجتماع ومهارات استخدام الانترنت التي تساعد المعلم على متابعة الأحداث الجارية والمشكلات الاجتماعية واستخدام النشاط التعليمي في تدريس مادة علم الاجتماع. وتمثلت أدوات البحث في بطاقة ملاحظة الكفايات التدريسية الخاصة بمعلم الاجتماع وإعداد بطاقة ملاحظة مهارات استخدام شبكة الإنترنت لدى معلمي الاجتماع. وأشارت النتائج إلى تأثير البرنامج التدريبي المقترح في تنمية كفايات معلمي ومعلمات الاجتماع ومهارات استخدام شبكة الانترنت. وأوصى البحث بالتوسع في اعداد البرامج التدريبية لتنمية الكفايات التدريسية في التخصصات المختلفة. وعقد دورات تدريبية بصفة مستمرة على توظيف المستحدثات التكنولوجية في العملية التعليمية. وتوعية المعلمين والمعلمات بأهمية الاطلاع على كل جديد في مجال التخصص واستخدام الوسائل التكنولوجية الحديثة. واستخدام موجهي مادة الاجتماع لبطاقتي الكفايات التدريسية ومهارات استخدام شبكة الإنترنت عند تقويم معلميهم في المدارس المختلفة.

The research aimed to identify the effectiveness of a proposed training program for the sociological teachers based on the use of the Internet to develop their teaching competencies and skills of using it. The research followed the descriptive and experimental approaches. The research was limited to a group of sociological teachers in the schools of Cairo governorate and the commitment of teaching competencies related to the subject of sociology and internet skills, which helps the teacher to follow the current events, the social problems, and use the educational activity in teaching sociology. The research tools were represented in the observation card for the sociological teacher's teaching competencies and the preparation of an observation card for the use of the Internet by the sociological teachers. The results indicated the impact of the proposed training program on the development of the competencies of the male and female sociological teachers and the skills of using the Internet. The research recommended the expansion of preparing the training programs to develop teaching competencies in different disciplines, and holding training courses continuously to recruit the technological innovations in the educational process. In addition to raising the awareness of male and female teachers on the importance of access to all new in the field of specialization and using the modern technological means, the research recommended also the use of the sociological instructors of the teaching competencies skills and the internet skills cards when evaluating their teachers in the different schools..
