|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع تطبيق الجودة الشاملة بكلية الآداب والعلوم المرج، وتقديم تصور مقترح لتطويره، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والاستبيان كوسيلة لجمع البيانات من عينة مكونة من (120) من العاملين بالكلية بواقع (88) موظفاً أكاديمياً، (32) موظفاً إداري اً، وتم تحليل ومعالجة البيانات باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي(SPSS (.وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة استجابة أفراد عينة الدراسة لواقع تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة بالكلية كان متوسط، وعدم وجود فروق بين استجابات أفراد العينة لواقع تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في الكلية تعزي لمتغيرات (المسمى الوظيف، والنوع).كما توصلت الدراسة إلى وضع تصور مقترح لإدارة الجودة الشاملة بالكلية قيد الدراسة من وجهة نظر العاملين فيها.

|b This study aimed to find out the reality of overall quality of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences turf, offering depicting a proposal for its development, and to achieve objectives of the study, the researcher used descriptive and analytical approach, and the questionnaire as a means to collect data from a sample of 120 employees altogether by the application (88) academic staff, (32) administrative staff, were analyzed and data processing using SPSS statistical software)). The study found that the degree of the study sample to the reality of the application of total quality management personnel in response to the college was average, and the lack of differences between the sample responses to the reality of the application of total quality management in college attributed to the variables (job title, genre). As the study found conceived proposal for Quality Management comprehensive college under study from the standpoint of it staff.
