Objectives of the study; 1.Disclosure of strategic planning challenges in school administration from the perspective of school principals in western Riyadh. 2.To identify statistically significant differences between the study sample on strategic planning in school management challenges individuals depending on variables of the study (educational qualification, years of experience, school type, educational level) 3.Identify the ways to overcome the challenges of strategic planning in school administration from the perspective of school principals in the west of the city of Riyadh. The researcher uses the descriptive approach, and the study tool was the questionnaire resolution, the study has been applied in the field in the second semester of the academic year (1434 / 2013), and the population of the study was (80) school principals, The study sample was (50) school principals of western Riyadh. And to analyze the results of the study, a numbers of statistical methods that have been used, like (Repetition, Percentages, Cronbach's alpha reliability test, Pearson correlation coefficient, the arithmetic mean, standard .deviation, variance analysis test and (LSD)) test ;Results 1.There are (Agreed) of the study sample on strategic planning challenges in school administration, where the overall average for their responses to the questionnaire items (3.87) with a standard deviation (0.99) 2.The challenges of strategic planning in school administration from the standpoint of the study sample members were arranged as follows: Challenges related to senior management in the first place, followed by the challenges related to the school and its staff in the second place, then the challenges related to the School Principals in third place, finally the challenges regarding the nature of the school's strategic planning in .fourth place 3.There is (Agreed strongly) of the study sample individual's on the proposals about the necessary strategic planning procedures in the school, where has been reached the arithmetic mean of the responses in this dimension (4.66), and the most important of these proposals is to put incentive benefits and incentive for schools interested in the application of strategic planning and to increase the powers granted to the school principal. 4.The study has been proved that there were no statistically significant differences between the responses of sample members differentials study on strategic planning in the school administration challenges for the first and the third axis return to the scientific qualification variable, while there are significant differences between the responses of the study sample to the axis of the second individual differences and fourth (challenges related to the Principal of school, challenges related to senior management) in favor of scientific qualification. 5.The study has been proved that there were no statistically significant differences between the responses of the study sample individuals differences on strategic planning in school management challenges of returning to the variable years of experience. 6.The study has been proved that there were no statistically significant differences between the responses of study sample on strategic planning in the school administration for the axis second, third and fourth challenges return to the variable grade differences, while there are significant differences between the responses of the study sample for the first axis individuals of the differences (the challenges related to the nature of planning Strategic) in favor of primary school. 7.The study has been proved that there were no statistically significant differences between the responses of study sample on strategic planning in the school administration for the first axis of the challenges of differences and the second and fourth return to the variable type of school, while there are significant differences between the responses of study sample individual variables for the third axis (challenges related to school and its employees) for the benefit of public schools. The Most Important Recommendations: 1.Finding a system of material and moral motivation for excellence schools in this regards. 2.Increases attention by holding specialized training courses of general management skills and strategic planning, in particular for school principals. 3.Ease the administrative burden and clerical work for the school principal, and ease the burden of teaching for school development team.
أهداف الدراسة: 1-الكشف عن تحديات التخطيط الاستراتيجي في الإدارة المدرسية من وجهة نظر مديرات المدارس في غرب مدينة الرياض. 2-التعرف على الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية بين أفراد عينة الدراسة حول تحديات التخطيط الاستراتيجي في الإدارة المدرسية باختلاف متغيرات الدراسة (المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة، نوع المدرسة، المرحلة التعليمية). 3-التعرف على سبل التغلب على تحديات التخطيط الاستراتيجي في الإدارة المدرسية من وجهة نظر مديرات المدارس في غرب مدينة الرياض. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، وكانت أداة الدراسة الاستبانة، وقد تم تطبيق هذه الدراسة ميدانياً في الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الدراسي (1434ه-2013م)، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من (80) مديرة، وقد بلغت عينة الدراسة (50) مديرة من مديرات غرب مدينة الرياض. ولتحليل نتائج الدراسة تم استخدام عدد من الأساليب الإحصائية وهي (التكرارات والنسب المئوية، اختبار الثبات ألفا كرونباخ، معامل ارتباط بيرسون، المتوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، اختبار تحليل التباين الأحادي، اختبار ت، اختبار (LSD)). نتائج الدراسة: 1-هناك (موافقة) من أفراد عينة الدراسة على تحديات التخطيط الاستراتيجي في الإدارة المدرسية، حيث بلغ المتوسط العام لاستجاباتهم على بنود الاستبيان (3.87) بانحراف معياري (0.99). 2-جاءت تحديات التخطيط الاستراتيجي في الإدارة المدرسية من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة مرتبة كالتالي: التحديثات التي تتعلق بالإدارة العليا في المرتبة الأولى، التحديات التي تتعلق بالمدرسة والعاملين فيها في المرتبة الثانية، التحديات التي تتعلق بمديرة المدرسة في المرتبة الثالثة، التحديات التي تتعلق بطبيعة التخطيط الاستراتيجي المدرسي في المرتبة الرابعة. 3-هناك (موافقة بشدة) من أفراد عينة الدراسة على المقترحات نحو الإجراءات اللازمة للتخطيط الاستراتيجي بالمدرسة حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي لاستجاباتهم في هذا البعث (4.66) ومن أهم هذه المقترحات وضع مزايا تشجيعية وتحفيزية للمدارس التي تهتم بتطبيق التخطيط الاستراتيجي وزيادة الصلاحيات الممنوحة لمديرة المدرسة. 4-ثبت من خلال الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول تحديات التخطيط الاستراتيجي في الإدارة المدرسية للمحور الأول والثالث تعود لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، بينما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة للمحور الثاني والرابع تحديات تتعلق بمديرة المدرسة، تحديات تتعلق بالإدارة العليا) لصالح المؤهل العلمي الأعلى. 5-ثبت من خلال الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول تحديات التخطيط الاستراتيجي في الإدارة المدرسية تعود لمتغير سنوات الخبرة. 6-ثبت من خلال الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول تحديات التخطيط الاستراتيجي في الإدارة المدرسية للمحور الثاني والثالث والرابع تعود لمتغير المرحلة الدراسية، بينما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة للمحور الأول (تحديات تتعلق بطبيعة بالتخطيط الاستراتيجي) لصالح المرحلة الابتدائية. 7-ثبت من خلال الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول تحديات التخطيط الاستراتيجي في الإدارة المدرسية للمحور الأول والثاني والرابع تعود لمتغير نوع المدرسة، بينما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة للمحور الثالث (تحديات تتعلق بالمدرسة والعاملين فيها) لصالح المدارس الحكومية. أهم التوصيات: 1-إيجاد نظام للحوافز المادية والمعنوية للمدارس المتميزة في هذا المجال. 2-زيادة الاهتمام بعقد الدورات التدريبية المتخصصة بالمهارات الإدارية عامة وبالتخطيط الاستراتيجي على وجه الخصوص لمديرات المدارس. 3-تخفيف الأعباء الإدارية والأعمال الكتابية عن مديرة المدرسة، وتخفيف العبء التدريسي عن فريق التطوير المدرسي.
