|a يستمد الفنان العراقي الخيال في أعماله الفنية من البيئة العراقية كمصدر الإلهام الأول الذي يستشعر من خلاله الجماليات وفي استيحاء الأفكار سواء بالتحوير أو الإضافة إلى تلك الأعمال الفنية، ومتأثراً من فنون الغرب ومدارس الفن الحديثة، فيعبر عنها تعبيراً صادقاً اعتقاداً منه التمسك بالأصالة من جهة وبالقدرة الهائلة على وجود الجمال والتأثير المباشر للبيئة العراقية على الفنان التشكيلي العراقي وسيطرتها الباطنية عليه، وبنفس الوقت الحداثة المستمدة من فنون الغرب الحديثة من الجهة الأخرى. فقد أخذ الفنان التشكيلي العراقي الفن بخطوات النهج العلمي مما ساعد على إيجاد فنان تشكيلي عراقي يتبع الأسلوب العلمي الصحيح. وبناء عليه استوعب الفنان التشكيلي العراقي منشأه الفني من البيئة العراقية كمصدر الإلهام الأول عند إنتاج الفنون التشكيلية بأنواعها المختلفة وإضافة تركيبة أفكار حديثة إليها اكتسبها من حوله من ثقافات الحضارات والدول الأخرى والمدارس الفنية الحديثة المختلفة من فنون الغرب وكذلك دور الحركة الفنية التشكيلية في دولة العراق ثم نستعرض أعمال الفنانين العراقيين المتأثرين بمزيج من البيئة العراقية وفنون الغرب.

|f The Iraqi artist draws imagination in his artworks from the Iraqi environment as the first source of inspiration through which he senses aesthetics and is inspired by ideas, whether by modification or addition to these artworks and influenced by Western art and modern art schools. He expresses it in a sincere expression, believing that he adheres to originality on the one hand and the tremendous ability on the presence of beauty and the direct influence of the Iraqi environment on the Iraqi plastic artist and its esoteric control over him, and at the same time, modernity derived from the modern arts of the West on the other hand. The Iraqi plastic artist took art with the scientific approach's steps, which helped find an Iraqi plastic artist who follows the correct scientific method. Accordingly, the Iraqi plastic artist absorbed his artistic origin from the Iraqi environment as the first source of inspiration when producing plastic arts of its various types and adding a combination of modern ideas to it acquired by those around him from the cultures of civilizations and other countries and various modern artistic schools of Western arts, as well as the role of the plastic art movement in the State of Iraq.
