This work focuses on the importance and prospects of implementation of a device comprising implanting a knowledge management system within the company. It is an analysis that aims to explore the process by combining individual and collective behaviors necessary for its implementation. Ce travail porte sur l’importance et les perspectives de mise en œuvre d’un dispositif consistant à implanter un système de gestion des connaissances au sein de l’entreprise. Il s’agit d’une analyse qui vise à explorer ce processus en combinant les comportements individuel et collectif nécessaires pour permettre cette mise en œuvre. |
