المستخلص: الأسرة هي الوسط الطبيعي الذي يتعهد الفرد بالرعاية والعناية منذ السنوات الاولى من حياته، وهي المصدر الأول الذي يستلهم منه مشاعر الانتماء، المعتقد، القيم، الأخلاق، الأفكار، العادات والتقاليد، وكل السلوكيات التي يفترض أن تكون إيجابية اذا ما قامت الاسرة بالدور المنوط بها بحكم الفطرة وبحكم ما يمليه عليها المجتمع من واجبات ومسؤوليات، وإن كانت الاسرة الجزائرية قاومت فيما مضى استعمارا عمل الكثير من أجل كسرها وتفتيتها وافراغها من أصالتها بكل ما لديها من قوة استلهمتها من الدين ومن العرف الذي شدت بأسنانها عليه، ضاربة بذلك التنصير والفرنسة والتجهيل وغيرها من السياسات الاستدمارية عرض الحائط، وبقيت رغم كل أشكال العنف مسلمة الدين، عربية اللّسان، جزائرية العادات والتقاليد، وحافظت على خصوصياتها الثقافية على مرّ الزمن، لكن اليوم تعترضها تحديات أخرى واستعمارا من نوع آخر وبأسلوب جديد، يحاول زعزعة كيانها والضرب في أعماقها تمثل في ما تقوم به العولمة من أدوار في مجال تصدع القيم الاجتماعية وصراع الأجيال، وفتور في العلاقات؛ وبالرغم من أن ديننا الحنيف وعلى لسان نبيه الكريم يوصينا بأن نربي أبناءنا لزمان غير زماننا، لكن زمن التطور التقني الهائل في ميدان الاتصال وتكنولوجيا المعلومات والذي كان سببا في تكريس العولمة، وتوسيع تأثيرها وانتشارها، ولأن العولمة تحمل في طياتها ثقافة الاختراق لكل ما هو خصوصي من أجل تكريس التطبيع والاستتباع الحضاري، وتعمل على تعزيز فكرة البقاء للأسرع، والبقاء لمن ينتج التقنية ويملك المعلومة، كما أن ما تقوم به وسائل الاتصال من عملية نقل الأفراد من عالمهم الواقعي الى العالم الافتراضي الذي يحدّ
من التفاعل الاجتماعي ويمنع التواصل بين افراد الاسرة مما يزيد من فجوة الصراع، يجعل الآباء مكبلي الأيدي، ملجمي الأفواه وعاجزين عن تربية الأبناء التربية السوية التي تكون لهم وجاء ومقاومة لكل ما هو دخيل عن ثقافتهم وغريب عن سلوكياتهم.
من هذا المنطلق جاءت هذه الورقة كمحاولة لاستكشاف تأثير البعد الاتصالي والتكنولوجي للعولمة على العلاقات داخل الأسرة الجزائرية، وكيف ساهمت في عجزها عن مدّ أفرادها بالمقومات التي بها يستطيعون مواجهة الغزو الثقافي، والتقليص من اتساع دائرة ظاهرة العولمة، والحدّ من تفاقم قوتها، وما ان كان هذا التأثير حقيقة نهائية غير قابلة للتغيير أو المقاومة.

The family is the natural milieu that the individual undertakes to care for since the early years of his life. It is the first source from which feelings of belonging, belief, values, ethics, ideas, customs and traditions are inspired, and all behaviors that are supposed to be positive if the family fulfils the role entrusted to it by virtue of instinct and by the duties and responsibilities of society. Although the Algerian family resisted colonialism in the past, it did a great deal to crush it, break it up and empty it of its originality with all its strength, inspired by the religion and the custom that has tightened its teeth on it, thereby undermining Christianization, France, ignorance and other destructive policies at the width of the wall. Despite all forms of violence, it remained Muslim as a religion, Arabic as language, and has maintained her Algerian cultural peculiarities over time. Today, however, they are faced with other challenges and colonization of another kind and in a new way, which attempts to destabilize their entity and strike its depths, represented by the roles of globalization in the area of cracking the social values, the struggle of generations and coldness in the relations. Although our true religion, and in the words of its noble prophet, asks us that we educate our children for a time other than our own, but the time of tremendous technological development in the field of communication and information technology, which has led to the consolidation of globalization, expansion of its impact and spread. Because globalization carries with it a culture of penetration of all that is private in order to consecrate normalization and civilization. It promotes the idea of survival faster, survival for those who produce technology and have the information. Moreover, the communications media are moving individuals from their real-world to the virtual world, which limits social interaction and prevents communication between family members, thus increasing the conflict gap. It makes the parents handcuffed, mouthless and unable to raise children with the proper upbringing that they have and resist everything that is alien to their culture and strange to their behavior.
From this point of view, this paper is an attempt to explore the impact of the communication and technological dimension of globalization on relations within the Algerian family and how has it contributed to its inability to provide its members with the means with which they can cope with the cultural invasion, reduce the spread of the phenomenon of globalization, and alleviate the aggravation of its power, whether this effect is a final reality that is not subject to change or resistance.
