هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة معوقات البحث التربوي في جامعات غزة، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف قام الباحث ببناء استبانة، وتم توزيعها على عينة عشوائية قوامها (40) عضواً من أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعات غزة في التخصصات الثلاثة (أصول التربية، والمناهج وطرائق التدريس، وعلم النفس)، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج، من أهمها: 1- أن الترتيب التنازلي لمعوقات البحث التربوي في جامعات غزة من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس كان على النحو التالي: (معوقات متعلقة بالنشر والتوزيع، تليها المعوقات المادية والمعنوية، ثم مجال النمو المهني المرتبط بالبحث التربوي لعضو هيئة التدريس، ثم معوقات متعلقة بالإدارة، وبعدها المعوقات المتعلقة بظروف العمل، وأخيراً المعوقات المتعلقة بالمصادر والمعلومات اللازمة للبحث التربوي). 2- أنه لا يوجد اختلاف في تقديرات أعضاء هيئة التدريس لمعوقات البحث التربوي باختلاف المؤهل العلمي (دكتوراه، ماجستير) في الدرجة الكلية للاستبانة ومجالاتها ما عدا مجال المعوقات المادية والمعنوية ولصالح حملة شهادة الدكتوراه. 3- أنه لا يوجد اختلاف في تقديرات أعضاء هيئة التدريس لمعوقات البحث التربوي باختلاف التخصص (أصول التربية، مناهج وطرائق التدريس، علم النفس). وقدمت الدراسة جملة من التوصيات لتجنب معوقات البحث التربوي، من أهمها: ضرورة الاهتمام بنشر الأبحاث التربوية، وتوفير مجلات علمية متخصصة للمساعدة في ذلك، والتركيز على تمويل البحث التربوي للإسهام في تطويره.
This study aimed to know the obstacles of educational research in Gaza universities. To achieve this aim, the researcher designed a questionnaire which was distributed to a random sample of (40) faculty members in Gaza universities in the three specializations (foundation discipline, curricula and teaching methods and psychology). The study reached to several results, the most important of them are: 1 - In descending order of obstacles of educational research in Gaza universities as perceived by the faculty members was as follows: (obstacles related to the publishing and distribution, followed by physical and moral obstacles, then the domain of professional growth associated with educational research to the faculty member, and obstacles related to management, and after obstacles of working conditions, finally, obstacles of sources and information for educational research). 2 - There is no difference in the estimates of the faculty members to the obstacles of educational research in different scientific qualification (PhD, MA) in the total degree of the questionnaire and its domains except the domain of the physical and moral obstacles for the favor of a doctorate. 3 - There was no difference in the estimates of faculty members to the obstacles of educational research in different specialization (foundation discipline, curricula and teaching methods and psychology). The study ends by a number of recommendations to avoid obstacles of educational research, including: there is a need for attention to publish educational research, a provision of specialized scientific journals to assist in this, and a focus on the financing of educational research to contribute to the development.
