|a هدفت الدراسة للوقوف على دور الإبداع الإداري لرؤساء ومشرفي الأقسام العلمية في التنمية المهنية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة الجوف، وذلك من خلال استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باستخدام الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات الميدانية من عينة الدراسة التي بلغت (221) عضو هيئة تدريس من جميع كليات جامعة الجوف. وأبرزت نتائج الدراسة أن مظاهر الإبداع الإداري الكلي لدى رؤساء ومشرفي الأقسام العلمية بالجامعة في مستوى جيد، وأن المرونة الإبداعية لديهم في مستوى مرتفع، وأنهم يستحوذون على القدرات والمهارات الإبداعية، وأن دورهم في التنمية المهنية للأعضاء جاء بمستوى متوسط، حيث توفير الشفافية والمعلومات الدقيقة عن طبيعة سير الأعمال بالقسم. وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات أعضاء هيئة التدريس حيال محاور الدراسة وفقاً للكلية، بينما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجاباتهم وفقاً لسنوات الخبرة لصالح فئة (10) سنوات فأكثر على حساب فئة أقل من (5) سنوات.

|b The study aimed to determine the administrative innovation role of heads and supervisors of the academic departments in the professional development of faculty staff at Al- Jouf University through using a descriptive analytical approach by a using a questionnaire as a tool to collect data from a sample study reached 221 faculty members from all Al Jouf University faculties. Moreover, the results highlight that the overall administrative innovation aspects among the heads and supervisors of the departments at the university are at a good level. The study also shows that innovative flexibility that the heads and supervisors have was in a high level, and they take over the capacity and creative skills, and their role in the professional development of the members came at the average level in terms of providing transparency and accurate information about the nature of the conduct of the business department. In addition, the study shows absence of significant statistical differences in the responses of faculty members about the study axes according to the college, while there are significant differences in their responses according to years of experience in favor of a class (10) years and more on the category of the expense of less than (5) years.
