المستخلص: سلط البحث الضوء على مضمون كتاب النظام السياسي التركي في عهد حزب العدالة والتنمية 2002. 2014. للدكتورة رنا عبد العزيز الخماش. واستخدم البحث المنهج التاريخي. لدراسة وفهم الحاضر والمستقبل كجزء من تحليل النظم السياسية. فإن مضمون الكتاب بدا بأنه أقرب إلى السرد التاريخي التحقيبي لتاريخ تركيا. ما بعد إلغاء الخلافة. واستلام أتاتورك الحكم وصولا إلى حزب العدالة والتنمية ورئاسة أردوغان. وقد اشارت النتائج الى وجود تجاوز للكاتبة في السرد التاريخي عام 2014 إلى عام 2015 مع سهو في الإشارة إلى وقائع سياسة حصلت ولم تشر إليها كإقصاء عبد الله غول مثلا. واعتماد الأخبار السياسية الآنية لتدعيم وجهة نظرها في التغيرات التي أحدثها الحزب. كما سعت الى تعداد طبيعة الاختلاف الجذري الذي حصل مع حقبه حزب العدالة والتنمية. وتوصلت الى التغير الذي حصل على صعيد احترام حقوق الانسان وحريه التعبير والمحافظة على لغة الأقليات. وقاربت الكاتبة ما احدثه حزب العدالة والتنمية من زاوية انه نموذج تركي أكدته رايس. لكن ما ظهر من هذا النموذج لا يعدو كونه حاله نفسيه لاستعاده حقبه عثمانية بمعناها النفسي الاستعلائى. والقوه الساعية الى الهيمنة بالأمجاد الغابرة.

The research highlighted the contents of the book "The Turkish political system in the era of the Justice and Development Party 2002. 2014" by Dr. Rana Abdul Aziz Al-Khamash. The research used the historical approach to study and understand the present and the future as part of the analysis of political systems. The content of the book seems to be closer to the historical narrative of the history of Turkey after the caliphate period cancelation and Ataturk took over the rule, down to the Justice and Development Party and Erdogan's presidency. The results indicated that there is an excess of the writer in the historical narrative in 2014 to 2015, with negligence to refer to the facts of the policy implemented like the exclusion of Abdullah Ghul, for example and the adoption of instant political news to strengthen its view of the changes made by the party. She also sought to enumerate the nature of the radical difference that occurred with the era of the Justice and Development Party. She concluded the change occurred in terms of respect of human rights and freedom of expression and preserve the language of minorities. The writer approached what the Justice and Development Party did in the sense that it is a Turkish model confirmed by Rice. However, what emerged from this model is not more than a psychological condition to restore the era of Ottoman in its psychological arrogant meaning and the power seeking to dominate the glories of the past.
